I recently stayed and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering the room, the first thing I noticed was the presence of multiple visible stains — on the carpet, the curtains, and even the bedding. The carpet had several dark patches that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The bedsheets, though supposedly freshly made, had faint but clearly noticeable marks that raised concerns about hygiene.
The bathroom wasn’t much better. There were spots on the towels, and the grout in the shower showed signs of mold and grime. It felt like the room hadn’t had a deep clean in a long time.
This lack of cleanliness made it hard to relax or feel comfortable during the stay. I brought up the issue with the front desk, but the response was lukewarm at best — they offered to send housekeeping again, but no meaningful improvement followed.

Thank you for warm welcome and clean rooms. I stayed second time in this hotel, no problem. My best location in putuo district, convenient for walking around.

Location wise is surely plus point. Very near Metro. Rooms are small. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Food options nearby are ok. All in all an okay stay.
Issue faced was a particular hotel guest whom smoked and kept room door opened till whole hallway filled with cigarette smoke. Very bad since no smoking allowed. There are signs in room.

I stayed for 6 nights and it was a great experience.
1. Location is bit far from city center but in really nice neighborhood. Very calm and clean.
2. Metro is just 2 minute away. You can literally go anywhere from it. It took me 1 hour to Disneyland, 30 Minutes to people square.
3. All staff is so nice. They will clean your room everyday (unless you told them not to).
4. Decent room and good value for money

Regarding its super convenient location we'd say that this hotel is very suitable for people who want a clean and comfortable private room in Shanghai for a little bit less money than usual. Everything was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

Wow I don’t know how to say because everything was perfect. I mean about location is very closed with metro station, you can go anywhere you want it is very easy. Staff are nice, helpful, always smile. Rooms were cleansed, big ….. if highly recommend hotel if you travel to Shanghai. Cost for rooms are not expensive too. Thanks so much for Trip service too.

Very friendly front desk staff, 24hours front desk and check in at midnight. Convenience for late arrival guests. Besides the hotel is nearby the subway station and can extend for late check out.
