Gem Flower Hotel

Friendly and helpful concierge staff and hotel manager who are very willing to provide assistance in directions and guidance on how to place food deliveries with the hotel number as I do not have a local number tagged to my e-Sim. The cleanliness and size of the room is way beyond my expectations of a 3-star hotel. Water pressure of the shower is very good. The only complaint I have is that on 2 of the days, the bathroom seems to smell of cigarette smoke coming from the air-vent. The housekeeping ladies are friendly and always accommodating to come and clean-up only at times of the day you requested. One thing to note is that when you order a didi, do indicate the pick-up location as the exact detailed address of the hotel, rather than just the name of the hotel, as the drivers will not drive in to the hotel lobby but will only wait at the side of the road. I have had 3 occasion of this happening and did not know why until I decided to put the detailed address one of the days. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who would not want to over-spend on hotel but still wants quality service and clean rooms.
