Atour Hotel (Shanghai Xujiahui Tianyaoqiao) recensioner

Very good stay for all Atour hotel. Good location with many food choices in walking distance.

I love the Atour hotel brand, and they always deliver. I booked a long stay this trip and the team did their best to make me feel comfortable. The location is great, food options and massage parlours within 500m. The room’s toilet seat had a tiny bit of stain when I checked in on the first day, but since they provided alcohol swipes in the toilet, I used it to clean and it’s gone.

Good and clean

-Clean and nice. -Not near to MRT -There are many ATOUR hotels, so it can cause to find the right one. In google map, it does not show the right location when searching with ATOUR hotel. -Not provide boday lotion.

Room is specious and clean. Great location. This is the best one and I will stay with them in the future too.

The Room was so hot, didn't had the choice to regulate temp. I was sofocating last 2 nights & Sweating. The customer should be given the choice to maintain the temperature, while I was unable to do anything.

Atour is a hidden gem that offers great amenities. If you join as a member you'll get free breakfast and permanent discounts. Each room does not have carpet and shower pressure is great. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

the location to eating places is very convenient. Shopping malls are within 30 min walk. However, note the hotel only provides very basic toiletries, like toothbrush, shower cap and cotton buds. Breakfast is simple but sufficient for busy travelers. their drip coffee and tea leaves provided in the room are good. the only thing that prevent me from giving 5 stars is the lighting in the room. They used mainly yellow light so the visibility is not very good and there is no light at the wardrobe area. Overall, it is not too bad a hotel choice with the reasonable rate.

Excellent location. Short distance walk to popular eat outs and large shopping centers. The room was spacious, clean and filled with many bottles of water unlike other hotels. All inclusive breakfast was nice and front desk receptionist were polite and thoughtful. Certainly I will return here again.

As a foreigner I am looking to find front desk with at least one English speaking person. The other drawback was the dark rooms and the worn out carpets at the corridors. The positive side was the good beds and pillows. The aircon was good and the supplied drinks plentiful.

Good and convenient hotel, good for business travellors.

Hotel is well located and the service staff are excellent. Worth mentioning is the pillows and bed provided are very comfortable for sleeping.

good location, clean. Can order food delivery and they will send up a little robot to dleliver to your hotel door :)
