Excellent facilities in a very convenient location near to attractions. They are really helpful to accept our online orders and helped us on late checkin and providing necessary snacks as we were really hungry. Chinese traditional breakfast also Excellent. Highly rated and suggested.

Nice hotel with a Japanese deco.the hotel is on the 3rd floor of the building. The staff was nice and efficient. The futon beds are comfortable. The wifi worked well but with some difficulties with the VPN . Happy to come back .

We booked two rooms, the other one was good but this one was dusty. You would sneeze a lot and have allergies to the dust. Room was big enough for one person. Service, amenities and Location were all excellent.

Amazing little hotel. They provided toiletries and things to use for bath. Staffs are helpful and friendly and there are cute cats at the reception. Location is also very good as you can get to the metro within 5-10 minutes walk depending on your speed. There are convenience store nearby and you are around the French Concession with many nice street to walk to. Recommend strolling at Tianzifang in the mornings.

The check in and check out was smooth. The location of the hotel is near the main road and near Lawson. So it is easy to get some snacks in the middle of the night. The nearest subway also not that far. Only that the first time it might be confusing especially since metro in Shanghai has plenty of exits. Need to know which one to take to get to the hotel. The room itself is a minimalist style, very spacious area and comfortable. We also took the room with the personal hot spring bath tub which my son really enjoys that he will take a dip in it every night after we went back to the hotel. The breakfast is okay. My son really loves the noodles. The receptionist staffs are really helpful and very kind. Overall it is a good stay at this hotel.

Our stay was very pleasant. The breakfast is very affordable and good, and they also did our laundry for us. The futon bed in the room is a little firm, which is good if you're not comfortable with sleeping on very soft hotel beds. Overall I would recommend staying here!

It is a great hotel, located in the middle of the city. The rooms are very cosy in a japanese like style. They are well equipped including a bath tub. The special are the cats in the lobby 😊

Beautiful boutique hotel so close to tianzifang and dapuqiao metro. room is spacious with japanese ryokan style. the service is excellent; so accomodating to our family need. thank u and we will definitely recommend!!

I have to say one of the most beautiful and boutique experience I have had in recent months. A cozy, unique Japanese style hotel in the centre of Shanghai. Great service and nice staff. Is a bit hard to find at first. Just go up the elevator and discover this small gem. Just great!
