The staff's helpfulness and patience truly enhanced our experience. The convenient location made shopping for food and local products a breeze. We appreciated the ease of access to everything we needed. It made our trip much more enjoyable. We look forward to returning again soon.

Very conveniently location at Nanjing East Road. Helpful staffs. It will be good that the fridge works.

Location is right smacks in Nanjing Road same building as Zara. Easily access to Metro and food. Our room is big with two king size bed and two bathroom with a washing machine and two kitchen sinks. Free dryer is at 8.5 floor. Able to see Pearl of Orient from our room. Can’t complain much with the price I paid as long we get clean sheets. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Very good location. Nice eateries within walking distance. Room is spacious. Very good experience in this Shanghai trip.

Perfect location in the middle of Nanjing east street All the shops around the hotel. Hotel staffs are very friendly facility also nice. But my room was smelly

The hotel is located above Zara along East Nanjing Road. The infamous 沈大成 and 莱莱小笼 is located very near to the hotel. Convenience store is also available across the road. However, the metro station requires a bit of walking about 5-10 minutes depending on how fast you walk and which mrt station you’re heading to. There’s also the big Miniso, M&M and Sephora nearby. The room itself has a slight sewage smell when entering but after you’re in the room it’s completely fine. The toilet seat is heated, shower heats up quite fast, water pressure is good which makes the experience good. Hairdryer is also available. I don’t see a safe deposit and fridge. The first few channels of the tv is quite bad, the image is distorted but the rest of the channels are fine. The lift to the hotel is not the one you see when entering the building directly but it’s located inside. I realised after 10pm, there’s only one lift available to go up so it takes some time just to go up.

The best and its all close to everything . I would recommend 100% . Just a funny smell I everytime I switch on AC or enter the room from outside . Get room 9007 it has the best views and so relaxing because it is at the corner

Great location, hotel is located in the middle of Nanjing East Pedestrian Road (Zara building), it is also near to both Nanjing East station and People’s Square station and walkable to the bund. Hotel room is basic and clean with amenities.

The location is incredible. A straight walk for just over 5 minutes to the bund. Really close to public transport and good value for money!

Lighting in the room is dark, with the old Shanghai theme in the room, the bathroom is full of water stain. But the location is the best!!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect balance of comfort and style. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was also fantastic, making it easy to explore. The only downside was the Wi-Fi connection, which was quite slow and inconsistent. It wasn’t a major issue for me since I was there to relax, but it could be improved. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. If they upgrade the Wi-Fi, it would be absolutely perfect! 😊✨

hotel was right on top of zara, in the middle of nanjing east pedestrian shopping street, which was so convenient and located nearby the metro. however, hotel is not sound proof hence will be able to hear noises coming from outside
