The hotel is very clean and breakfasts were a highlight with a range of hot dishes, fresh fruits, breads and pastries plus good coffee! Staff on reception were helpful and were quickly able to communicate to non-Chinese speakers through using a translation app. Complimentary guest laundry and tea in the reception area.

Very good, staff are helpful 👍. Lots of food around. Prices excellent, and the rooms are a good size. If you are staying for a few nights, they have a laundry which is also very helpful

The staff don’t talk English at all . The room are smelly humid. The breakfast is average. The room is clean just smells bad

Location is good and the hotel is good too. Staff was really nice besides the girl taking the breakfast ticket that was too busy in playing in her phone and impolite. The only really issue is that the room smells like cigarette.

It was an okay hotel for the price. Location is not too convenient as nearest subway is pretty far like 10-15 min walk. Overall ok.

Nice and thoughtfully laid out room. Pleasantly surprised that they have two levels of free laundry rooms. Only rant is that it's a bit far from the nearest MRT station for travelers lugging the luggages along.

Good comfort in the room, new looking bathroom, comfortable bed and desk for working. Nice amenities like slippers, robe and soaps, and good coffee. Can hear a lot of doors slamming, children crying, and people snoring next door or in the hallway, but I guess that aligns with the good price for a downtown hotel. About 15 minute walk to Jiangsu Lu metro station. Lighting in the bathroom is really difficult for doing makeup.
