Anlände sent på kvällen och den utländska personalen i receptionen var mycket tillmötesgående och hjälpsam. De hade sparat rumstypen vi önskade, vilket var jättebra. Bussen till Disneyland var mycket bekväm för oss med barn, och bussen till Bund efter utcheckningen var också väldigt smidig. Överlag är vi mycket nöjda.

När vi först checkade in var rummet de gav oss otroligt litet; det såg ut att vara mindre än 40 kvadratmeter. Sedan insisterade receptionen på att det inkluderade balkong, vilket var löjligt – utnyttjade de oss eftersom vi aldrig hade bott på ett femstjärnigt hotell förut? Vilket hotellrum har inte balkong? Även rum utan balkonger är mer än rymliga. Och rumsstorlekarna på vardera sidan om korridoren var avsevärt olika… inte bara lite grann, utan även den lilla lekplatsen på balkongen var mycket större. Varför förklarades inte detta i förväg, med tanke på samma pris? Deras problemlösning var riktigt dålig… Vi lyckades äntligen få ett annat rum efter ett privat samtal. Du kan se bilder på båda rummen. (Jag tog till och med bilder på tvåbäddsrummet på sidan närmare spårvägen för din referens.) Kort sagt, rummet närmare spårvägen är mycket större. Faktum är att med fönstren stängda hör man inte mycket av spårvägsljudet. De som sover gott bör välja sidan närmare spårvägen. Hotellets inomhuslekplats var ganska fin, främst för att den var ljus och trevlig för ögonen. Min dotter hade jättekul där. Frukosten var medelmåttig, inget speciellt.

Hotellet ligger mycket nära Disneyland, bara 8 minuters bilresa bort. De erbjuder en buss, vilket är mycket bekvämt. Personalen i receptionen var extremt vänlig, både vid incheckningen och vid registreringen för bussen. Eftersom vi körde dit påminde de oss om att ange vårt registreringsnummer, vilket var mycket omtänksamt. Vårt rum var stort och mycket rent. Vi kommer definitivt att boka här igen nästa gång vi åker till Disneyland!

Jag rekommenderar absolut inte detta hotell. Förutom dess läge i förhållande till Disneyland finns det praktiskt taget inga fördelar. Frukosten är hyfsad, men hotellet i sig är mycket gammalt, kallt och rummen är smutsiga.

If you go Disney I think this hotel has great location and distance from Disney, shuttle bus provided, even the bund! Great breakfast and self service laundry, children playground , gym room and many more! My first choice Disney Shanghai hotel!

Our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Had a great experience, this time also good. Had a shuttle bus to Disneyland Hotel. Took a cab to Shanghai Wildlife Animal Zoo for approx 35 mins. Took a cab to Pudong Airport fot approx 25 mins. Will definitely come back to this hotel again.

This hotel was perfectly located for Disneyland, and we absolutely loved our stay! The breakfast selection was fantastic, and the children’s options were especially cute, with little Hello Kitty biscuits and pancakes. Our kids also loved the children’s play area, and we found ourselves visiting the hotel shop several times! The free kids’ activities were another lovely touch — my daughter had so much fun making her own bracelet. There was plenty to keep the kids entertained, including computers and vending machines, which they absolutely loved. We also really appreciated the free daily shuttle buses to Disneyland. The journey was only around five minutes, making it incredibly convenient, and the buses ran regularly enough that we made great use of them during our stay. We bought a 1.5-day park ticket and the shuttle made getting to and from the park so easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was great that they spoke English. We also loved how child-friendly the room was. There was even a little tent for the kids, and you could really tell that the hotel had thought carefully about families and the little details that make a stay special. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The location, facilities, activities and thoughtful touches made it a wonderful choice for a Disneyland trip, and we would definitely stay here again!

Good location and shuttle bus to Disney and PVG airport. Nice staff. Room ok, a bit dated and had strange aircon noises. Breakfast was functional but did not taste great.

If you are not going to Shanghai Disney land. Don’t book it. No food around or shopping mall

This is the nearest hotel to Disneyland Shanghai that is not an official Disneyland hotel. It provides a free shuttle service to Disneyland Shanghai. The hotel staff are also very helpful.

I like the convenience of the hotel, free laundromat with auto dispensing detergent, free shoe dryer upon request and is available on their laundromat area. The breakfast is okay. I like the ala carte from their restaurant more, specially the beef and rice noodle, I will always remember that taste! For the location of the hotel, its very convinient if you are going to the disneyland, upon checkout I used their bus going to the Bund! Overall I was satisfied with my stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. They were very helpful throughout our stay and responded quickly whenever we needed assistance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated how attentive and kind the staff were, which made our trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a pleasant stay. Ideal location to get to Disneyland quickly. Shuttle bus to and from Disneyland is a great benefit. Only disappointment is that I requested for shuttle bus from Pudong Airport via trip.com booking but the hotel never got back to me about it. No communications from hotel, which is quite common when booking through ***********.
