As an overseas family with two young children, we truly appreciated their kindness and support. They provided excellent recommendations for local dining, helped us navigate the area, and ensured we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable trip. What makes this property stand out is the home-like warmth and comfort of your service - every staff member went above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. The convenient location with easy access to transportation was ideal for both work and leisure, surrounded by great dining and business venues. Despite being centrally located, my room remained peaceful and quiet at night—a rare combination. The unique room design deserves special mention, and I’ve already shared this "hidden gem" with friends. A nice neighbourhood of Shanghai with many things at is still accessible to it. Big thank you for the hotel staff who are so helpful in many ways eg: helping us with navigation, mei tuan delivery, etc.. Forgot to take photo of the room but it’s really nice and clean.

Uncle 002 is a very nice and helpful person in the building, i cannot forget his smile and passion to every resident when i got off the taxi right after my flight. Wendy and the team are very supportive, they always concerning your needs and inviting you to join the community whenever they have any events. It is a very good service apartment, definitely will come back.
