Wassim Hotel (Shanghai Pudong Theme Park) recensioner

Close to airport and Disney with complimentary shuttle. Very early shuttle for Disney would be better if they did hourly in the morning. Rooms had been renovated and loved the free upgrade to bathtub room. The air conditioning did not work and didn't go lower than 27 degrees and asked for a fan which helped. Room was quiet and clean. Gym was amazing and had lots of machines and weights however didn't open until 12 on Tuesday. Lots of variety at breakfast options for western and Chinese but not to our taste. We were planning on staying longer but the air con was just not good enough and the breakfast was not to our taste.

My team stayed in this hotel during our business trip. Totally recommand this hotel. Shuttle bus is really conveneant amenity.

Welcoming and client friendly team. Spacious room. Robots for delivery. Birds songs in the morning. Only one comment: lack of english speakers. Thus use translators. 20 min by taxi from airport.

Very big spacious hotel service is not very friendly no bell boy at the lobby location is good with many restaurants opposite the hotel main lobby .

Second time coming to that hotel which is so convenient, always feels like home! Breakfast has many options, then many great restaurants are located next to the hotel! Special mention to the front desk manager Jay Chen who provided us an amazing service! Can’t wait to come here next time again!

I had a great stay at Wassim Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, making my stay very enjoyable. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I especially want to thank the service manager, Yalin, for the excellent service. Their professionalism and helpful attitude made a big difference. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. We used the shuttle to and from Disneyland and to the airport. Noah Bromy was especially helpful in making sure we knew exactly where to go when taking the airport shuttle and making sure we were loaded on and that the shuttle driver knew where to drop us off.

Stay at Wassim Pudong Theme Park hotel as bringing my children to Shanghai Disneyland first time. Have seen many good feedback about this hotel, especially the service of the staff. The pickup from airport is punctual and smooth. My check in is handled by 龙龙 and he is very helpful and assist to ensure our stay is great. Thanks to his prompt arrangement and help we are able to locate the return coach that sent us back to hotel safely on a cold icy night. In addition, the bed was super comfortable and the room is really clean. Thanks to the warm and wonderful service provided by the hotel staff. Overall, a pleasant stay at this hotel.
