Convenient location. Hotel has washing machines on the 8th floor. The gym is very small though.

Small but quiet and clean room in a convenient location directly opposite a Japanese mall and the subway station. Staff are efficient and the hotel is good for a short stay. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance and not far from Hongqiao train station.

Near to train station, but a bit far from city. But the place is good. If u looking for muji feel experience. You must try out this hotel. Is fabulous 🤩

My experience here is way beyond my expectation... The location is very convenient as it is literally 3 min walk from the station and you can easily commute to either airport or the city... The service here wow-ed me and they are always considerate... Everything is very clean here too and i highly recommend this hotel

It is in a convenient location and neiborhood. And it is close to railway station. I enjoyed staying here again. Laundry machine is free to use, but if you don’t have Wechat, it is not easy to use. I got some help from other guest.

I like this Ji hotel than other Ji hotel at other areas, it is located in a new building Gubei Soho having nice outlook. The staffs are all helpful and the robot can help to send my supper. Very amazing as the room is designed with voice controlling. The location is strategic, within 5 minutes walk to Yili Road metro station line 10, and can reach yu yuan and nanjing east road without interchange.

Hotel is very clean and is near to the line 10 metro. There are alot of Japanese restaurants around. Was lucky to be checked into the room early as well. Only con was that the sound proofing is not very good. Can totally hear housekeeping next door, all the banging and vacuuming. And u can also hear water flushing through the system when other people are using. So I was woken up a few times from this in the middle of the night.

5 star service really comfortable

The hotel is great... But only 1 thing is the aircond wil auto off n auto on again... Cannot constantly on... I duno is the unit I stay or the whole hotel is like that due to save energy... Free self service laundry which is very good for traveller... The cleaner there also very helpful and nice...the room come with big screen TV... Very nice... Inside the room with an voice control '小爱同学＇，which is very interesting and can help to switch on or off the light, curtain and TV, very helpful to command with voice without walking.

Great hotel, super convenient and quick and efficient staff. Nice and clean and excellent hotel robot.

Breakfast choices are same everyday, not recommended if you like to try others food for your breakfast. You still can get McD and Subway at the business centre right opposite the hotel.
