The location is in close proximity to the Panlong area, making it easily accessible. It's also conveniently situated near popular tourist attractions, enhancing its appeal for visitors.

This hotel used to be Senz spa hotel, now became Double tree by Hilton. Because I enjoyed the spa and massage facilities last time I stayed I missed the massage used to be offered by this hotel but other than that I liked this hotel a lot. Very clean and slightly high ceiling in the room makes everything very comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast is kind of usual standard for this type of hotel but this hotel is directly connected to an excellent shopping street called Lidoway where I could find a lot of restaurants and bars just outside of the hotel. Highly recommended for those who are looking for relaxing stay close to Hongqiao airport and EXPO area in Qingpu

Overall the stay was good, reception and overall service was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately the air conditioning in the room was broken so we had to move and do not appreciate the open plan bathrooms, bathrooms should be more private. Other than that room service was really good and the lobby smelled amazing. Would stay there again regardless

Other than the location which is actually convenient to Hongqiao Airport and the great walking street of food/shops nearby (but far from the city center), it is a nice hotel worth the money.

This hotel is quite new and very good clean. They have very nice breakfast as well.

I stayed at this hotel for one night during a business trip and overall had a smooth experience. The price is very reasonable, and the hotel itself is fairly ok. They also gave me an upgrade when I checked in, but I can’t say how that room was different to the one that I booked. The rooms and breakfast were both okay — nothing outstanding, but perfectly fine for a short stay. One of the highlights is the convenient location, with many dinner options nearby, which was great for our needs. I appreciated the welcome cookie, although it was quite hard and crumbly — a nice gesture, but not very tasty. One small inconvenience was that I couldn’t get a Chinese invoice (fapiao) directly at the hotel; instead, they told me to request it through the booking app, which I found a bit unusual. Despite these minor issues, it was an easy and pleasant stay. I would definitely consider staying here again if I need a hotel in this area at this price point.

Above average breakfast buffet. In-house dining menu a bit pricey, unfortunately. I would recommend walking around the area for alternative dining options. Room was excessively hot even with the thermostat off. Was necessary to open a window to cool off the room to be able to sit comfortably without sweating.

I travelled here for business and it’s a good location for visiting suppliers in Qingpu area. The hotel is very good as well.

The accommodation environment here is spacious and quiet, which makes people completely relax and feel rare comfort and tranquility. However, what impressed me most was the management team of Senz. They won our respect with excellent management and professional service. Whether it is a gathering with friends or a business banquet, Estilo Restaurant is an ideal choice. Special thanks to Mr. Noel and Charles for their hospitality. As for Ivy at the Spa, her professional skills and friendly service are unforgettable. Her massage techniques are skillful and in place, which makes me feel extremely relaxed and relieved after a busy work. Ivy is extremely sensitive to the needs of each guest and can accurately provide the most appropriate SPA services. Her professional knowledge and enthusiastic service made my experience in the Spa reach the extreme. Overall, Senz Hotel, Estilo Restaurant and the Spa have provided us with excellent service and experience. Whether it is the facilities, services or the professionalism of the management team, I am deeply satisfied. I highly recommend Senz Hotel and Estilo Restaurant to all friends who are looking for high-quality services and food, and I would also like to thank Ivy for the meticulous SPA service she provided us. Room was 5c too hot. Maintenance man sent to room did not know how to operate thermostat or tv, was also very rude and impatient. Good breakfast particularly omelette chef, nice garden, delicious cookies 🍪

Stayed over night here at Senz. Just next to it there is pedestrian street called Lido way. Good choice of restaurants and pubs. Hotel itself is clean. But some room needs renovation. Our room’s wall paper scratched and teared. Over all good stay.

Perfect stay. Huge swimming pool and well equipped gym. It’s a perfect location to visit the nearby 蟠龙天地 which is a lovely new area for boutiques, water town sights and eateries . 20 mins taxi from the hotel.
