They should bot have room just beside an elevator. They gave me room just beside the elevator and it is really noisy. I can always here the sound and can’t sleep well. Their location is very good. Near the Bund sightseeing and very near a metro station. Breakfast is not that good. So book without breakfast.

The room was ok for its price. But whenever AC was turned on, the smell of cigarettes was unbearable, so i kept it off the whole time and luckily it was not hot during my stay.

A great place to stay for holiday season. The location is perfect with two near metro stations to roam around. Attractions are nearby buy walking, riding bus or taxi. There are so many restaurants around the block. Convenient stores are just by the corner.

The hotel is located in the Shanghai center, it’s convenient to go around. The receptionist and room service is super supportive, approachable and friendly. Highly recommend!!! We would love to be back for the next trip in SH 💕

Staff very nice, the hotel provides breakfast and mineral water. The room was clean every day, located near mrt, bus outside the hotel as well.

Very nice hotel! Location close to two subway stations, coffee shops, convenience stores and restaurants. Breakfast great, there was even coffee! Only the walls were pretty thin - I could hear the guy next door snoring. Still, highly recommended!

Room was dirty and smelled strongly like cigarette smoke, even though it was non-smoking. At least it was big and the bed was comfortable and cleaner then the rest of the room. Location is okay. The breakfast was the only good thing about our stay, especially for vegetarians there where quite a few options.

Stayed here for one night - the price/quality ratio is very good! The room was quiet enough to have a good nap. The only thing that can be improved is the fact that there is no iron in the hotel 🙏🏻

We spent three nights there and it was perfect. Very close to the metro station, a lot of cafeterias and shops around. The staff are kind and always helped us with everything. We had a little problem with a waimai I ordered and they immediately solved it by buying me another one. The only thing I would suggest to improve is the breakfast: not enough options for us foreigners who are not used to eating a full Asian breakfast. Butter and jam to put on toast would have been enough for us! Overall, perfect stay! We would definitely rebook!

Service is good, receptionist will help you to keep your parcel if you buy taobao, but the cleanliness is quite poor, can see the dust sticking on the wall, I think the cleaner can’t see the dust
