Love this hotel! This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it was just as good as the first time. Beautifully designed rooms are spacious and have great amenities. Good location close to Jing’an Temple and a subway line. Lots of great restaurants and coffee nearby.

Customer service was excellent and the room was beautiful. I love that this was a sustainable hotel and it showed. Will absolutely stay there again.

Pros: great location, very stylish designer rooms with beautiful reclaimed red wood furnishing. Friendly staff.
Cons: there was a loud sound of water running in the ceiling, we guessed it was water running in pipes, it was loud enough that we wanted ear plugs. We called reception at 5:30am to ask for plugs but nobody answered our call. When we politely complained in the morning we were told it was the air-con system. We found it hard to believe that anyone would rent a room with such a noisy air con system, let alone without ear plugs. Also, the water from the taps and shower never got hot, only warm.

If you're looking for a super modern place, this might not be for you. But the rooms are nice, super well located, friendly staff, and a nice bar/western restaurant.

This is the second time I have staycationed here. Really cool hotel, great location and I will be back. Breakfast was great and the restaurant is beautiful with amazing food. Hotel design is also unique and fun.

Location of the Hotel is great in the lively Jian‘an area, wheres the hotel is a little hidden away and hence still quiet. Many Restaurant options around, easy Access to the Metro. Room was great, exactly as shown in the pictures, staff was very friendly. I did book breakfast which was a either a Western or Chinese set meal. Quality of breakfast was not the greatest so I would opt to go out when visiting next time.

The room was great. From the pictures, the area downstairs looked like a nice place to relax in the evenings, but it’s actually an expensive restaurant (the type that charges a load just for water).

I've wanted to stay here for years! Many friends and colleagues have rated it highly, and now I can do the same!
The rooms are beautiful (if not slightly precarious, as you need to ensure you step carefully across the different raised sections), and the bath was sublime! Be prepared to wait a while for it to fill, but it's well-worth it for the luxury. The bath robes were the comfiest I've ever worn, and the quality of all facilities within the room were excellent.
The breakfast options were both delicious, and though we didn't have time to enjoy the restaurant attached, the food looked fantastic. The staff went above and beyond, and I would happily stay there again.
