URBN Boutique Shanghai recensioner

Customer service was excellent and the room was beautiful. I love that this was a sustainable hotel and it showed. Will absolutely stay there again.

Pros: great location, very stylish designer rooms with beautiful reclaimed red wood furnishing. Friendly staff. Cons: there was a loud sound of water running in the ceiling, we guessed it was water running in pipes, it was loud enough that we wanted ear plugs. We called reception at 5:30am to ask for plugs but nobody answered our call. When we politely complained in the morning we were told it was the air-con system. We found it hard to believe that anyone would rent a room with such a noisy air con system, let alone without ear plugs. Also, the water from the taps and shower never got hot, only warm.

We were blown away when we found such a beautiful place in the center of Shanghai. It was a place that made our final stay mesmerized.

If you're looking for a super modern place, this might not be for you. But the rooms are nice, super well located, friendly staff, and a nice bar/western restaurant. Recommended

This is the second time I have staycationed here. Really cool hotel, great location and I will be back. Breakfast was great and the restaurant is beautiful with amazing food. Hotel design is also unique and fun.

The Thai massage opposite this hotel is incredibly good, better than Thailand. The room is great and food is good, very boutique

I booked URBN Boutique as a staycation birthday present for myself, and it didn't disappoint. Check-in was smooth and quick and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious with an amazing view. I really enjoyed the repurposed materials and the rustic but refined ambience of the hotel. The room was spacious with an amazing view of the buildings near Jing'An Temple. I was also given a late checkout, which was also a breeze. Highly recommended if you're a fan of sustainable architecture and want to treat yourself to a comfortable stay.

An excellent hotel in the heart of Shanghai's Jing A district. It's a beautifully restored post house. The rooms were stylish and well equipped.  Service was fantastic.  Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Very cute hotel tucked close to party central but at the same time you don’t hear a thing at night. The location is super convenient and about 10 minute walk from jin’gan temple. The staff are super friendly and eager to help.

perfect location, very clean and sanitary, only minor issue is it needs a refurbishing. The old wood is cool and I understand that will never look perfect (as it shouldn’t) but the painting, cabinets, rugs, etc all need a refreshment. They aren’t dirty, just old and it shows. Picture is nearby temple. Great location!

Very large room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Way more than we expected. Had a lovely stay. Location is very convenient.

Comfortable stay in the heart of Shanghai. The night was mostly quiet. Facilities are a bit old, the smell inside is not fresh.

The hotel was quite ok the rooms big and good equipped but you can see the age of the furniture i think need a little renovation. In point of staffs I felt that I was not expected and it seems I was not welcome For me are some points to improve
