The hotel is located in between Shanghai Planetarium and Haichang Ocean park. It is about 2km away from train station. The surrounding area is quiet but some restaurants and supermarkets available. Overall, the hotel is very nice and cozy. Amendities are fully eqipped but some are broken.

I took a chance with this hotel because I wasn't familiar with the name, but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the rooms and breakfast. The room was new, very clean and warm. We stayed here because it was close to the Snow and Ice theme park nearby. We really enjoyed our stay! My husband and I were both sad to leave. I would recommend this place 10/10.

We had a great stay at this hotel with our little one (2.5 years old), they provided a welcome snack (3 fresh fruits), and a special children's kit with baby toothbrush and slippers, maybe a few other things. Located very close to the planetarium and haichang ocean park. There are lots of little restaurants and cafes outside, a mall nearby, kids swings and seesaws that light up in different colors at night, it's very cute. The hotel also has a little playroom, but we didn't use it, too busy with adventures. My son really enjoyed the stay, we will come again!

帶小朋友到海昌海洋公園玩住的，離得很近，訂的豪華親子房和高級雙床房連住了兩晚，可以説是住到目前為止服務最好的一家桔子酒店！前台小姐姐們特別是王婷很有耐心、服務很周到，環境衞生很到位，早餐也很豐富，退房還送了伴手禮，裏面有小積木，小朋友坐高鐵正好拼，值得推薦！

酒店離天文館衹有一個紅綠燈，離海昌公園也不遠。也就幾分鐘的車程，打車9元錢。酒店門口能看見海洋公園的無人機和煙花表演。房間衞生不錯，服務人員態度很棒。延遲退房到兩點。退房時還贈送了小朋友小禮物。

房間衞生，設備等都標準規範，服務員態度親切，辦理入住退房手續快捷，還詢問我們住宿的感受，退房遺留了一條面巾，還特意打電話來詢問我們是否要寄來……服務超預期，下次還會來。離海昌公園近，周邊有肯德基，星巴克等餐飲，還有便利超市，很方便。

這家酒店真的很不錯，離耀雪冰雪世界很近，衞生乾淨，床睡的也很舒服，床鋪真的好乾凈，住了這麼多酒店，頭一次沒有在床鋪上沒有發現任何污漬，必須表揚一下，前台小姐姐很熱情，送這送那的，真的好喜歡他們家，以後去耀雪玩兒，一定還住他們家！

酒店工作人員非常熱情，尤其是前台王婷，可以代收快遞行李，早餐很豐富，炒河粉好吃，贈送有一份小童早餐，位置很好，距離天文館和航海博物館都非常近，有一點小建議就是電梯有味道，可以除一下味，因為大雨沒有拍酒店照，附幾張天文館和航海博物館照。

早餐種類特別豐富，中西式都有，食材新鮮，味道也很贊，能滿足不同口味需求。房間設施齊全，設施 設備很新，房間還有小帳篷小朋友很喜歡 酒店的位置也很便利，離地鐵站和商圈都不遠，出行購物都很方便。

預訂的是高級雙床房，晚上11點到達酒店，熱情的服務員已經幫忙升級為行政套房，體驗太棒了啦！小度播放輕鬆的音樂，智能電動窗簾，房間很乾凈，床鋪舒適，早餐也很豐富。離天文館和航海館都比較近，強力推薦！！
