Incredibly dirty rooms and bathrooms. People smoking everywhere. Guests were very inconsiderate, talking and taking phone calls at 3am. Impossible to get any sleep.

The location is convenient if you arrive at the train station but it's a bit far from the points of interest in the city and when I checked in the bed was clean but the drawer was full of bags and food packages from someone else that the staff cleaned when I went out to eat a few minutes later, using a copy of the keys, that made me wonder about the security of the hotel so it would be better not to keep valuables there

**"I think this is the worst hostel/hotel/apartment I’ve ever stayed in—the dirtiest place I’ve lived, with extremely bad and rude treatment to an unbearable degree. The place is very, very dirty. The bathrooms are filthy, and the rooms are disgustingly dirty. I shared a room with a person who kept passing gas loudly and annoyingly all the time, and he ate in the room, leaving a foul smell. I was forced to avoid staying there any longer.
A terrible experience. The receptionist was very rude—she refused to give me the Wi-Fi password, claiming I didn’t have a Chinese phone number. I’m a tourist and explained my situation: I needed internet access, and Wi-Fi is my right since it was stated as available and free when I booked. There was no mention of needing a Chinese number. She refused and didn’t care at all, behaving extremely rudely.
I do not recommend this hotel at all—don’t be fooled by the pictures!"**

Excellent hotel! Very convenient location, close to bus stops, metro, shops and shopping centers, close to Narodnaya Square. Spacious lobby, hot and cold water at the reception, very tasty candies) Comfortable bed, with lighting, shelf and socket. Friendly staff!
