Excellent location, nearby line 2 and a few minutes walking from the river. Staff is very helpful and they speak English. Hotel has a large laundry room too.

We had a fantastic stay at Chalet Hotel Shanghai. Yun Lei was there to greet us upon arrival and also when we checked out, providing exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. Thanks to his recommendation, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at a nearby spot. The laundry service was a great bonus, allowing us to have fresh clothes daily. The laundry room can get busy at night, so it’s best to use it early in the morning when it’s quieter. The hotel is surrounded by many excellent eateries, and it’s just a short walk to Nanjing Shopping Street and close to metro lines 1, 2, and 8. A direct line from Pudong International Airport (Exit 14 at People’s Square) made getting to the hotel a breeze. We also appreciated the free-flowing bottled water, tea, and coffee throughout our stay. As a thoughtful touch, we even received a free gift upon departure. Highly recommend!

Super good location with food joints, beauty palour, and malls surrounding. Room had a slight issue initially and they came to fix it immediately. Kudos to prompt response!! Loved that their laundry facility is FOC as I stayed for 9nights and had to do laundry once. Soooo convenient! Recommend for sure!

Great location, next to Holiday Inn. Booked the room without window but the room comes with fake window which is great and I can feel some air get through this fake window. No need to turn on the heater/aircon. There are water dispenser and coffee machine in the lobby and also free laundry service.

I’ve stay here for 5 nights. The room is very quite, comfortable and staff very nice. They can speak English very well. Lin Feng

Location is close enough to Nanjing East Road, with lots of shopping malls & eateries. Can walk to the Bund area within 10-15 minutes. Good location! Rooms are good, clean & functional layout. Free tea & coffee at the lobby.

Located just at the next street to east nanjing road the shopping haven. Holiday Inn is next door to this hotel. Good service at reception as well as housekeeping. Stayed at the family room which is spacious with 2 queen size bed. Buffet breakfast spread has a good variety n was tasty too. Child 1.2m n below dines for free. Will definitely recommend this hotel!

Good Location - close to Nanjing shopping street, easy access to metro stations Nanjing East, People’s square. Lots of food and beverage stores nearby. Rooms are good, clean and functional layout. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel was located close to Nanjing road and was very clean. The breakfast had a good options. The price was very affordable and the staff was very friendly especially Lin Feng :)) who helped us a lot during our stay.
