Hilton Shanghai Songjiang Guangfulin recensioner

I stayed here because my students needed help writing essays before the deadline. The hotel allowed me a good night's sleep, a wonderful bath, and a great dinner and breakfast. I loved everything about this hotel. The 'can do' attitude and service of the staff makes it worth the price.

Great service by Ella from the front desk, warm, approachable and proactive to offer choices of room, pertaining to my mum's needs. I will definitely come again to enjoy the serendipity and closeness of family and friends.

The bathtub was exceptional and one of the best features of the suite. The view was outstanding—serene and tranquil. The photo shoot service was a great addition and definitely worth it. However, given the price, the room could have been much cleaner. I saved a poor spider that fell into the tub and released it under the sink; the thick layer of dust might hinder its survival. Additionally, not every foreign guest is russian. Identifying someone as such could be offensive to many. This hotel is part of an international chain located in the global city of Shanghai, attracting visitors from all over the world.

Hello, my name is Jay Lee and this was our fourth time coming to Guangfulin Hilton. The reason we always come here for the vacation is because of the warm hospitality from the staff and great landscapes. I want to give special thanks to Jonny for helping us with sorting out everything in hotel. I especially want to thanks Aiden for the help. We are also planning to visit here later. This hotel was superb! Everything was clean and their toiletries smell so good. Had a scenic morning walk at Guang Fu Lin park right beside the Hilton.

Immerse in quite and relax suburb of Shanghai in Songjiang, with lakeview and nice sunset.

Location wise, although it's a bit far from Shanghai city centre but it's just right next to Guangfulin Cultural Relics Park which includes an underwater museum. It's a great attraction and worth visiting! Ambience wise, it's full of wow factors and worth staying. Service is good and very attentive. Room is very clean and spacious with a big round tub.

Nice stay with my children. They had fun in the indoor playground and also had fun feeding the animals. The room with lake view was wonderful. I would definitely stay there again. The food and breakfast were great, it's definitely worth booking.

Hotel seems new, facilities are well design and maintained. Staff is polite and accommodating. Food choices are fairly limited, which is challenging due to remote location if you plan a weekend stay with friends. The executive lounge has limited opening hours starts at noon with very limited choices…way below comparable executive lounges …breakfast is in the main restaurant downstairs which is not a great experience on the weekend to say the least… sea view rooms are nice and with some BYO or delivery it can be a good weekend get away…

Amazing room and view, great experience and ten outta ten service. In addition, I had some problems to check into other hotels due to troubles with communication, but Hilton’s English line helped a lot and I was able to check in without any problems. Great breakfast as always, full of variety, this experience makes we want to stay in Hiltons more.

We enjoyed our stay at Songjiang Hilton Hotel. The room is spacious and quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. We highly recommend it!

Satisfaction with the hotel is too high with Aiden's kind service. I will definitely visit again with my family next year.
