Hyatt Regency Shanghai Songjiang recensioner

The room is cosy, comfortable and nicely decorated. Gym equipments are very well equipped. Room service meal set is value for money and the food tasted yummy. Great accommodation if you were to be exploring around Songjiang, Shanghai.

A good hotel, but it takes renovation, I think corresponds to 4 stars, but not 5 stars.

Beautiful hotel with outstanding facilities. Every hotel needs a person that is seemingly everywhere, at all times, making sure everything is perfect. In this Hyatt hotel, that person is Leier. Whether at the front desk or restaurant or club on the 6th floor, Leier seemed to be there all day and all night, making sure that everything was perfect. Jack, the attendant at the club was also quite engaged, helping with my requests and inquiries. I am looking forward to coming back again.

The Hotel is located in the very convenient and surround scenery very beautiful; Room is clean and big. The set back is the main lobby and lift never turn on the Air conditioner especially in summer, when temperature 39 deg. Front desk staff need to have more training especially supervisor onward, one of the supervisors throwing her tantrum to her colleagues in front of us during in the process of Checking out our rooms, was not so present.

The hotel is very nice, the room is large and clean with one beautiful view on the lake and outdoor swimming pool. All the workers are very nice and helpful, one special mention for the workers of the restaurant at 1st floor: food and service was amazing

It’s a very nice location with beautiful walkway behind and Wanda Plaza in front. Had a great time. Staff was very helpful.

Very good location but breakfast is so-so

Hotel is located next to Wanda plaza which offers a variety of restaurants. Staff very friendly and rooms very clean and in perfect condition.

They make us an upgrade in a fantastic suite room. Amazing view.

i stayed with my family for a day. It is such a nice hotel. It is a very convenient location because it is a walk away from the Wanda malls and just 15-minute ride to the attraction areas such as the Gangfulin Relic Park and Thames Park. The staff in the hotel were attentive.

Great spot on the river. Room came with tickets to Smurf paradise and free upgrade to executive club access which were both enjoyed! The breakfast is the best we’ve had in China, more variety of fruit, fruit juice, pastries, bread etc and pastries were freshly cooked. Very vast selection, all good quality. Hotel has really nice rooms, new and clean decor, good facilities like indoor/outdoor pool. The service was also better than most other similar hotels I’ve stayed at. 2 things to note ; 1) our room was uncomfortably hot and we couldn’t sleep well, I’m not sure what the issue was but the service was very good. They came up with different solutions and brought us an AC unit in the end. They were very helpful, it’s just a shame it was still too hot. 2) the pool has a weird policy where no spectators are allowed, which I’ve never come across in a hotel before, and I didn’t really understand the rationale. In the 5 minutes I was in there I saw 3 other women sent away who were equally bemused. 1 was accompanying her daughter, who then couldn’t swim as mum wasn’t allowed to stay and watch, poor girl! I just wanted to watch and take videos of my 2 year old playing with her Dad. It was a little disappointing. Anyway, great hotel- we’ll go back.

although it is a temporary booking,but I am surprise with the service and care.left a deep impression memory on me and my female companion.It is really a good accommodation experience especially with the support from Jerry.And it is absolutely a good choice for next journey in this area.
