Det känns som en grop, och upplevelsen är särskilt dålig! Det fanns inga nudlar till frukost jag frågade servitören och han sa att de var slut! Skjuta bagage med båda händerna medan du äter frukost på morgonen! Servitören frågade hela tiden om frukostkuponger och hade en mycket dålig attityd! Hela hallen är i en enda röra! Det var svårt att trycka in bagaget i hissingången, men det var klippt! Allt som allt är det fantastiskt.

Det finns ett hotell gömt djupt i en kontorsbyggnad. Anläggningsdetaljerna säger att det finns laddningshögar, men personalen i receptionen sa: Ja, men det har inte byggts än... Jag ville äta lite varm frukost innan jag gick ut. men det här minifrukostrummet, flera sorters lite kall mat... I en storstad som Shanghai, även om du inte strävar efter kostnadseffektivitet, vill du inte "göra något av ingenting." Parkeringsavgiften är bara 80 ~ Hur bra?

Because i have 2 bookings… soooo im gonna say the same thing as the first day…. I love this hotel! Their service is so good, they are attentive and respectful to any questions I asked and because of certain reasons i had to book different rooms for different days due to change in the number of people staying but they helped us make it more convenient by allowing us to remain in our first day room! Oh because im vegetarian n i dont eat much my typical breakfast there is porridge and some vegetables which is sufficient for me…. And the hotel is super close to the time square mall(sorry i said the wrong name in my first review) which is just 5min away or even lesser if u run haha ! So it’s quite convenient if i want to buy anything or if i wanna go shopping. Will go back to stay again if i go back to shanghai!

Good location hotel is ok due to the service. A little difficult to find and no gym facility.

Amazing hotel for families. Travelled to Shanghai with my aged parents and we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Clean, courteous and well-equipped with amenities such as laundry, washer and breakfast buffet. The staff were all very friendly. The location was quite convenient too - located near multiple shopping malls with good eats and shops. Otherwise, the hotel has a delivery robot service that can send the delivered food right to your doorstep.

We had a very pleasant stay! All the amenities worked perfectly, the location was really close to some many attractions in Shanghai, and the service was beyond expectations. You can text the lobby staff whenever you need to and they will send a robot or staff person to attend to your needs!! Will definitely be staying here again.

Check in was flawless and efficient. Room is same as photos. Location is great with a few malls besides it.

Hotel old and dirty

I had a great stay at the hotel! The front desk service was excellent, and the hotel was clean. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping everything clean and tidy. I especially loved the 葱油拌面 served at breakfast—it was the perfect comfort food to start my day. The location is also convenient being right next to shopping malls Would recommend this hotel.

everything was good except for the location. It's tough for foreigners to find the exact spot. As the location plotted on Google is different from Baidu. Hence, highly recommend non Chinese to download Baidu map for easy navigation. The hotel nearest Metro station is Shangcheng Road. It takes around 6-8mins walk depending how many luggage do you have. Hotel does not own a building by itself, instead it's sharing with another few hotels and commercial offices. But kudos to the team, I believe they tried their best to differentiate themselves from the rest. Room amenities were sufficient, the hotel will also provide kids tooth brush, tooth paste and in room slipper. Staffs are friendly, guiding us up to our room and pointing out the laundry room which is available free of charge for hotel guests on the 6th floor. On check out day, luggages can be stored for free. The receptionist was very helpful, even helping us to push luggage out to lobby. Overall, a good stay except for the location might not be suitable if you are carrying a lot of luggage or traveling with young kids as it involves quite a lot of walking from metro.

Not near to the famous Shanghai Walking Street nor The Bund, but this hotel is locating in an area with its own shopping district. Tourists can keep themselves busy here for the whole.

We like the layout of the room. Breakfast is good. We enjoy the comfort of the room.
