First time visited Shanghai. I chose this place because the castle-like architecture of the hotel attracted me. After checking in, I felt even more that I had made the right choice. I am very grateful to the ladies at the counter, 秀秀 and 佳名, for their enthusiastic service and help，感恩。Thank you to the hotel for preparing a surprise for us, which added a romantic happiness to what we thought was an ordinary day. The little robot employees working non-stop in the corridor, “thank you for your hard work”~ I will come back again. Because of your service.

Very lovely stay and quite close to the airport. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is not far away from pudong exhibition center, only 15 mins drive away. Chao from reception was very kind and helped us with an upgrade. Would stay here again!

I've stayed for 2 nights here. Really recommended. Convenient location not far from subway around 10 min. At check in time, front staff, named Chong Chao, was so supportive and advised us in English. Room was clean and upgraded that made us satisfied about room layout. Breakfast was varieties and nice for us. Overall services were excellent.

It’s a wonderful hotel. The lights and super comfortable, everything is so easy to use and hold on a minute lol the loo was the greatest of all.

The gym is very small and there are no enough equipments, the room is too noisy fron the highway near
