So good location... wery near to big shopping center. Line 2 so close. Hongqiao airport 1 station. Hongqiao train station 2 station....

Conveniently situated at the metro and shopping centre. The room was large and clean. Breakfast options were not great, next time I would do room only and buy my own fresh breakfast

Hotel was in a very convenient location close to office areas and above a metro line that takes you to city centre within 30 mins on top of a nice mall with several good food options.
Also really liked the breakfast options which you can pick every day for the next day and it would be delivered to your door every morning.
Room itself was spacious, clean and quiet with washing machine and a small kitchen. You can ask the friendly staff at the front desk for laundry detergent or to borrow cooking pans.

Hotel is super suited to business people. Located in the complex included shopping, cafe and food. A bit far from the bund but easily take metro to get there. Wish staff could be more friendly to be a perfect experience

1,5 years ago the studio apartments were very clean, tidy, modern and smelled fresh when we stepped in.
This time the experience was quite the opposite. There was a smell of mold in the room, we found a lot of hairs on the floor and the whole experience was not that good. A modernization is definitely needed. And we found that the apartments are getting slowly expensive, reaching the prices of the hotels in the surrounding area.
The location is still perfect because the metro station is 50 meters walk and a bakery with fresh coffee is just downstairs.

Great hotel with nice cozy spacious rooms and amenities. Service is great too. The hotel is also connected to a shopping mall and metro. Highly recommended!!!

Hotel is clean and room is convenient . But not good at all for business traveller . Wifi did not work at all; kept dropping out every 5 minutes. Could not do any work . Had to check out early because it was too much inconvenience.

A very good apartment hotel with different in room facilities such as microwave and washing machine.
A VERY GOOD RECEPTION SERVICE TOO, can see it's a good hotel management.
IDEAL LOCATION connecting with shopping complex.
