Hotellet har gratis buss och de har utmärkt service, rummet är rent och bekvämt, det är också nära tunnelbanestationen. Det finns en stormarknad i närheten, du kan shoppa bra här.

Fantastisk vistelse på Heyitan Shanghai International Hotel! Personalen var mycket vänlig, maten (frukost och middag) var utsökt, och till och med en robot levererade min måltid sent på kvällen. Perfekt för familjer med 24-timmarstransfer till Pudong flygplats och Disney. Rekommenderas starkt!

Great new hotel with airport shuttle and steps away from the metro station. The rooms is a good size and clean. The entire hotel is very new. The staff is very accommodating and allowed us a late check out when our flight was delayed. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of chinese items as well as some fried eggs, European bacon and toast. The late night buffet start at 9:30 pm.and had a good selection of fried rice, vegetables, noodles, pastries and a made to prder noodle soup bar. With easy subway access, i am glad we decided to stay near the airport rather then the high price and crowded area around the bund.

TLDR: The best hotel you can get in Shanghai Pudong area, no cap! Not sure how many stars it is, but it is surely a 5-star hotel for me. The hotel offers great value for incredibily spacious room, comfortable and high tech. The room is equipped with AI voice control, though you need to use Chinese language. The toilet seat is high-tech, it has warm seat just like Japan! The hotel offers free bus service to airport and Disneyland! They also have free-of-charge Disney 'tour guide'. If you'd like to, you can join the tour and he will lead you to play around Shanghai Disneyland, though they communicate through Chinese only. Furthermore, it provides complimentary supper every day, which is really a huge bonus! When you come back from Disney trip, this supper will be the one to fill your tummy up! Also, there is a secret menu, which is a foot spa. After a lengthy day back from Disney, remember to ask the staff for a wooden pile, which can be used for foot spa. They provide herbal sachet, just pour hot water in, and you can enjoy foot spa in your room! Staff is super friendly. You can easily reach to service desk by a one-click phone call from your hotel room. TLDR: 10 star hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visit this hotel for your Shanghai Disneyland!

We have a good time here and they upgraded our roomm. It was very adorable and service excellent. Bus to podung is also good services to us.

We were here for 6 nights and this hotel caters for everything you need and more! Breakfast, supper, shuttle buses to & fro major attractions like Disneyland, Ocean Park, Wildlife Park, laundry, indoor playground for the kids, Taobao concierge service. And everything is complimentary! We were a muslim family with 2 young kids and although we could not eat most of the breakfast and supper, it was ok because there was a halal restaurant serving chinese food at the mall connected to the hotel. The hotel is also near a supermarket, starbucks, mcdonalds, and a mall. This hotel is ideal for families and is a great base for Shanghai! Highly recommended!
