Heyitang Hotel Shanghai International Tourism Resort recensioner

This hotel met my friend and I expectations. From the moment we walked up to the lobby door, we were greeted by a lovely staff, Snoww. She was very helpful with any questions we had each day throughout our stay (one week) The front desk staff were welcoming too and they made our check in process very smooth,likewise the checkout and we got cute keyrings . All the staff members especially the night staff were helpful such as Joe. The meal was good. There was a variety of food each day. Every guest was served with a cup of refreshing drink in the lobby area. The room was clean and the housekeeping lady for our room was very nice. Also, the hotel provided laundry service which was great 👍. This is a family oriented hotel and that's great.

Very comfortable hotel, convenient as they arrange Disney drop off, pick up and to airport. Breakfast with a lot of choices.

Overall, a good stay. Clean and good services. The hotel provides transport to pick up and drop off to pudong airport. They also provided free shuttle bus services to 4 attractive location such as Disneyland etc.

We stayed here for our last 3 days in Shanghai. Picked it as it was close to the attractions we wanted to see plus there was a free shuttle going to them and the airport ☺️ The staff were friendly and helpful. Laundry service which was great and a big selection for breakfast. Starbucks, HeyTea, mc D and other little chinese restaurants and supermarket like 2 mins walk away. We also had a very good facial near the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Was also my daughter’s birthday so they made the room all cute for her. Water and new slippers in the room every day..

Hotel have free shuttle bus and they have great service room is clean and comfortable it’s also near metro station there is a supermarket near here you can shopping here good

Great stay at Heyitan Shanghai International Hotel! The staff was very kind, food (breakfast & dinner) was delicious, and even a robot delivered my late-night meal. Perfect for families with the 24h shuttle to Pudong Airport and Disney. Highly recommended!

Had a pleasant stay overall. They provide free shuttle service to Disneyland and airport. Plenty of local restaurants and a supermarket right next to it. Close to subway station too.

Have a very nice stay and experience at this hotel with nice service, such as free airport transfer, free disneyland transfer, free laundry service, free foot bath service and etc. Definitely will come again if have chance to Shanghai again. Thank you so much!!!!

Hotel is very near to famous tourist attractions while the hotel staffs are very polite and helpful with all our needs during this trip. Highly recommended for first timers visiting Shanghai.

Excellent service. There's drop off and pick up for Disneyland, airport. Nighttime buffet and breakfast is really great!
