The service is excellent. There are very responsive and will cater to your request. Check in and check out is very smooth and easy. Customer service is overall really good and smooth. I asked to changed the sheets because it’s dusty and they did it right away. However, the location is not very good. It’s about a 1.5km and 600m to two different lines. It’s exhausting to walk home after a long day of exploring. The room size is fairly small, but we can deal with that. The upstairs neighbor practices piano everyday and the sound js very clear. On one night, we heard mouses screaming and walking from platform above (different sound from upstairs neighbor footsteps). The chandelier is really dusty. The water heater will stop working in the middle of showering and the water turned ice cold, have to wait few seconds before it warms up again (I addressed this water problem but no reponse from them). Overall, will not book this unit again ever. If you want to use their service, better find other unit.

clean and convenient location with a family mart about 1-2 mins walk away. great 24/7 service and responsive hosts. they were able to help us at our maintenance request even at 12am. definitely recommend for groups of friends👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The location of the homestay is great! Close to the park, great local food, and the metro! The place is relatively clean. The rug in front of the bathroom was covered in hair that I had to sweep myself. A side note, the place is not child friendly due to the stairs and the touch-access dishwasher and washing machine. Other than those things, the host was very helpful and accommodating and we had a great stay!
