Pretty hotel, the building is a beautiful old house. Very quiet, as it is located in a small lane. Only 5 minutes walk to subway lines 10 and 11. Ideal connection in all four directions. The rooms are small, but that was alright for me. When booking, I read "no window", but in fact there was a window, just with view to another wall. That was ok for me, especially considering the very attractive price for my stay.

We love this hotel! It's so atmospheric; we always stay here when we visit Shanghai. The coffeeshop outside is a very nice place to hang out and the staff is considerate.

The place is quaint and cosy, especially the hallways and the building, the rooms are a bit more basic. It’s a foreign Shanghainese villa, so the atmosphere is there. Despite the area being very quiet there was a droning noise so I couldn’t sleep, they said it was from the water heater on the roof. The staff was very kind and understanding and they moved me to another room without any problem. Really big points to the staff and the vibe of the place! Another thing, if you’re staying there during winter, the AC was not enough to warm up the room, it was quite cold.

1st floor rooms very noisy. Noise coming from the hotel operation, not from other guest. Can sleep maybe after midnight to 6 AM or so. Too noisy for me, I went out for few days to another place. The courtyard in front of the place is nice. Net connwction so and so, not for real work. Location is silent. Good restaurants need some walking, but not too far. Somewhat difficult to find. They should add a bit better view how to find the place.

優點：地點好。周邊很多旅遊點，距離武康路走路約5-6分鐘。距離交通大學地鐵站走路約8分鐘。 酒店算在小區內，非常安靜，沒有臨街那種吵雜聲，整體感覺比較幽靜。 酒店服務人員態度都很好。入住有牛奶、水果和小餅乾。洗漱包很不錯，有小罐的洗髮精、沐浴乳，這些在房間的浴室也有大瓶的，但考慮到衞生問題，還是覺得小罐的比較好，這點很貼心。 房間衞生一般，大方向都還可以，小地方就不太行了。不過，這是很多酒店的通病了，就沒放在優缺點裏。 缺點：房間比較小，浴室沒有乾濕分離，隔音不好，空調聲音不小。 房間小這點可以理解，畢竟在寸土寸金的上海，但沒有大桌子還是有點不方便，兩張小茶几放不了太多的東西。 浴室沒有乾濕分離，做個高低差以示區隔，但也不至於洗個澡就淹沒整個洗手間。 隔音差和空調比較大聲是比較大的問題。房間內會聽到走廊講話的聲音，至於能不能聽到隔壁的，我就不知道了，我入住的時候沒聽到就是了。空調的聲音不小，而且會間歇性的大小聲，對聲音很敏感的人要考慮一下。 整體而言，我是很滿意的。雖然缺點寫得比較多，但對我來説不是什麼大缺點，下次來上海，我會考慮再住蘇荷，但是如果很介意的人就要慎重考慮了。對了，早餐比較簡單，我覺得不用額外花錢買。

一直想嘗試住上海老洋房，這次圓夢了！週六七點多達到酒店，想要寄存下行李，在還沒有辦理入住的情況下，餐廳阿姨説可以給我一份免費早餐，我真是受寵若驚啊，一份湯麪和小吃簡直温暖了我的心！晚上回到酒店，前台主動幫我做房型的升級，還親手奉上一大包洗漱用品。房間有格調、很乾凈整潔，即便是下雨天也不會潮濕，最關鍵隔音效果很好，晚上真的很安靜，晚上我睡得很舒服！以後還會常來上海，這個酒店就是我在上海的落腳點了！

酒店位置得天獨厚，位於泰安路上，一羣歷史建築中間。步行去武康路很近，還會路過一個很好的上海菜館。 環境：整體就是歷史建築，老舊卻別有一番風味，有自己的小花園，四月份的時候晚上樓下坐坐，非常舒服。或者走到附近的街區逛逛，都是很棒的歷史建築。 衞生：整體上還算可以，但是床底下灰塵很多，小沙發布面上也有油點，有提升的空間。 服務：室內有冰箱，裏面提前放置的飲料可以免費享用，還送了足貼等小禮物，很温暖。早飯種類雖然不多，但味道挺好的，吃的舒服。

不錯，價格很便宜，地理位置優越，晚上可以在古老的**漫步，衹是不知道為什麼現在上海的人好少。前台服務特別好，並且長得帥。早餐味道也不錯，餐廳的阿姨人挺好。打掃衞生的阿姨人也很好。如果下次來這邊辦事情可以再住。酒店還提供各種生活用品，如有需要的話。這點還是很人性化的。步行可以到達武康大樓，晚上步行去玫瑰廳也是不錯的選擇，很有氛圍。

已經不衹是一個酒店 是我們在上海的家 每次回上海都會入住 工作了十年的阿姨們 友好周到的工作人員 講話不多但善良實乾的老闆 酒店的温馨 高品質 人情味處處都有體驗 寵物友好 還有周到的零食小吃 給洗好烘乾疊好的衣服 很好吃的早餐 非常有愛的一個住所 所有的一切加起來超出了一個酒店 是泰安路上一處閃亮的所在 感恩相遇🥰🫶🥳

單人房比想象大，帶7歲娃睡還可以。前台男孩子很熱情，主要酒店環境確實獨具一格，確實有耳目一新的感覺，孩子也覺得很新鮮，到處探索，玩耍，喜歡跟貓咪玩。交通方便，距離武康路很近，參觀了宋慶齡故居，交通地鐵7口去酒店路上還有個小童公園可以遛娃。不錯，體驗一晚上很好。

位置絕佳，出門武康路，最近武康路豪車遊行，真是太方便看熱鬧了😂前台小夥子和樓層服務的丁阿姨，都特別熱情周到，尤其丁阿姨，看到我們要出門，緊隨其後進房間給我們整理衞生更換垃圾袋，補充礦泉水，特別及時。整個酒店的氛圍也很出片，晚上很安靜，床的軟硬度適中，兒子更喜歡前台接客的🐱卷卷🤣
