Best location, have elevator, room is ok you have to make your own bed (they'll give supplies) no towel given, staff happy to help, but hardly speak English

The location is the best. The dormitory has a shelf on the wall of the private bed View of Nanjing East Road from the dormitory. Beer, beverages, snacks and cup noodles are available for purchase in public spaces. The smell of cigarettes and cleaning in the accommodation need to be improved.

The staffs at front desk is incredibly helpful. I really enjoy chatting with them. Other than that, the location is incredible as its right behind the Bund. However, the rooms come with toilets and the toilet in my room clogged up so the whole room stinks. Also, the door to the bathroom in the room doesn't close properly so I have to take shower with the door left opened. Aside from that, I enjoyed the stay.

This modest hostel was superbly located just one street away from Nanjing Road and one stop away from Lujiazui. It was also a short walk from the Yu Gardens and the French Concession.

The cabin has unpleasant scent. It smells sweat. The cr has stool when i came in and it doesnt flush.

There storage space is big for each bed, also some sockets, lights and blind for privacy. The staff members are lovely! Great location and value!! Great functional a/c, warm beddings provided. I stayed in a female room, The room friends are lovely! Dislikes: The bed is hard, uncomfortable 😖 The toilet is old style, in the WC, is always wet/ soggy on the floor 🙁

This hostel is well located. It is also really and the staff is very friendly (they tried to communicate with me in English because I cannot speak Chinese) I recommend it

The location is very strategic, however, its really hard for foreigner to find it at google maps, need to find other pin nearby to reach the hostel, there is no signboard, however, need to go to their lobby located at level 6. Bear in mind!! We need to share with long term tenant and some/they are not friendly to foreigner, very harsh word, loud at night, messy with their belongings, not comfortable during the day, the airconditioner need to tune off and tune on during night. Toilet? No basic amenities provided. No sitting bowl, water pressure was okay. Only location wise is excellent. The rest, very dissapointed. Breakfast provided? Lied, no foods were serve in the morning.

The shower and squatting toilet are in the same room, next to each other, which made showering not a very nice experience. The bathroom wasn't always cleaned properly and smelled. There was a communal shower/toilet in the hallway which smelled badly as well. The bed was very hard. It felt like I was sleeping on the floor, but that is up to personal preference. The staff was very helpful when I had questions or needed help with something. Good location as it's close to the Bund and subway lines.

I have red rashes after staying a night. Initially booked for a two night stay but i cancelled the second night stay. The room key (with access to the locker) provided is not working. It has lift which is good for travellers with big luggage

Location is great, near by famous scenic spots. Less than 10 mins walk to metro station. 

I had a 6 bed room. The mattress is very thin and uncomfortable. The shelfs next to the bed were very dirty. The bathroom was also very dirty and doesn’t get cleaned properly. And its very noisy. But what i really liked about the hostel were the people, who live and work in the hostel. They were open-minded and have a big heart. Because of that i would go there again. :D

The room smelled musty and had poor air circulation. No towels or toiletries are provided, you will have to bring your own or buy disposable towels from them. The service is terrible. The bathroom door lock was broken. When I was washing my face in the bathroom in the morning, the cleaner just SLAMMED the door open, bursting into the bathroom WITHOUT KNOCKING. And despite me asking her to kindly wait for a few minutes until I finish what I was doing, she started her work by using the shower to spray water all over the bathroom, causing the water to splash on me. This is the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in China.
