Indigo-boenden i Shanghai

I was there briefly for one night for a quick business trip near the Bund. The hotel check in staff, Carol, gave me an upgrade to the river view room, which is super nice, and also offered to add wechat for any additional services or checking feedback after stay. Breakfast is delicious with beautiful Bund view. The bed and the hotel room is also very comfortable with unique and beautiful decoration. The wifi was also very good. I had an online meeting through Microsoft Team in the room with no issues at all. Overall, I had a very good experience and definitely would consider staying here again during my next trip in Shanghai.

This hotel deserves every bit of its five-star rating! My stay was flawless from start to finish. The check-in Fanny and Chris was swift, with staff greeting me like an old friend—so welcoming after a tiring flight. My room was stunning: bright, immaculately clean, and with a comfy bed that felt like a cloud. The bathroom had lush toiletries, and the Wi-Fi never faltered. The breakfast was a highlight—fresh, varied, with both local treats and classic options. The location? Perfect—close to attractions and transit, yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Every staff member I encountered was helpful and cheerful, going out of their way to assist. I left feeling pampered and will 100% book again. Highly recommended!

I have never written a review before but we had such an amazing stay at Hotel indigo i had to review it. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, everything was so clean and luxurious. The location is perfect, right infront of dishui lake, you are able to watch the fireworks from the hotel balcony. The breakfast was delicious and had a diverse selection to choose from. Our first room was beautiful and had stunning views of the city but we we kindly upgraded to a lake veiw room which was even more beautiful. We were also offered complimentary breakfast. The staff at the hotel were helpful and super friendly even helping up to rent bikes throughout the day and night. I would like to specifically thank Claire one of the on duty managers who was so kind and very helpful with renting bikes, Angus who also rented us bikes and was so helpful with anything we needed and was always available for us to contact, his english was very good, this made communication very easy. And Carter who really went out of his way to help and make us feel welcomed. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.
