We had an awesome stay!! Winnie checked us in and she was so patient and friendly! She upgraded our room and asked if we need a late check out which is really sweat of her. Room was spacious and the bed was so comfy. Location is very strategic, within walking distance from line 2 metro. Highly recommended!

När man öppnar balkongdörren möts man av den unika utsikten över stenbrottet, som är fängslande både under morgondimman och kvällsbelysningen. Frukosten höll en stabil standard för ett stjärnhotell, med ett rikt utbud som tillfredsställde olika smaker. Restaurangen Cai Feng Lou var en överraskande höjdpunkt; både de förfinade lokala rätterna och de innovativa skapelserna gjorde ett djupt intryck. Det mest anmärkningsvärda var den uppmärksamma conciergetjänsten. Conciergen, som vi kommunicerade med via WeChat, var tålmodig och noggrann, svarade snabbt på våra önskemål och förutsåg våra behov, vilket gjorde hela vistelsen trygg och bekväm. För familjer som reser med barn är hotellets barnklubb och barnpool definitivt ett plus. Faciliteterna är säkra och lekfulla, barnbarnet hade hur kul som helst, och vi kunde också koppla av och njuta av semestern. Sammantaget erbjuder Wonderland InterContinental en utmärkt balans mellan familjevänliga upplevelser, servicens detaljer och unika natursköna inslag. Det är ett rekommenderat val för en högkvalitativ semester.

Hotel location is not good without nearby restaurant while hotel only have 1 in-house restaurant. The mattress and the pillow are very uncomfortable. I believe it’s been used for so long time. So my back and neck were actually feel pain after sleep.

An excellent stay in every aspect. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always attentive to every detail. The level of service was outstanding, from the spotless cleanliness of the rooms to the efficiency of the room service. The breakfast was absolutely magnificent, with a wide variety of high-quality options and impeccable presentation. Every request was handled with care and a genuine smile. What truly made the difference was the extraordinary kindness of the staff. When I needed to check my child’s temperature, they immediately brought a thermometer to our room without hesitation. This small but thoughtful gesture made us feel truly cared for. A place where hospitality is not just a service, but a real value. Highly recommended.

Great service from bell boys, receptionists and housekeeping. The hotel has excellent greenery and the location is great for Citywalk (if it’s not too hot). The rooms are clean and well maintained though one of the USB fails to work. The bed is comfortable. I like the Byredo shower gel and lotion… smell great! Breakfast is available till 10am… they have a good selection and Chinese and Western food.

The service exceeded all expectations. From the moment I checked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and fluent English, making the process seamless. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a spacious suite, where floor-to-ceiling windows flooded the space with natural light.

Had a wonderful stay at Intercontinental Hotel ShangHai Harbour City. A very nice gesture by the hotel for upgrading my room to the 3rd floor lake view room with an unblocked view of fireworks happening every Saturday night, really appreciate that. The room is spacious and well-furnished. Service is impeccable as well. The only minus point staying in this hotel is the mediocre breakfast spread. Most of the food tastes average, and some not tasty at all. Not a standard expected out of a 5 stars hotel.
