Ramada by Wyndham-boenden i Shanghai

This hotel's location is perfect if you need to take a flight at Pudong Airport. The attention was outstanding. The personnel were always helpful coordinating everything, including a shuttle bus service they provide free of charge that leaves every 30 minutes and it only takes 10 minutes to arrive to Terminal 2, and 15 minutes to Terminal 1.They have an inside restaurant that offers very delicious Chinese food. Overall it's great. I called them on the phone and they gave me their WeChat number, so we could both use the translation app. I have to emphasize that the attention was excellent. Thank you 🙏

15mins away from Airport and shuttle service is available. Room condition is very clean and staffs are very supportive. Also there are some restaurants and convenient store nearby. Only small concern is that there's construction near by so some noise in day time. But no Airplane noise.

I’ve been staying at the Ramada Plaza Pudong for over 15 years, and it continues to offer a solid, above-average experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and they kindly upgraded us to the executive floor, which was a lovely gesture. While the hotel has seen better days, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with the usual amenities you'd expect from a reputable chain. However, it’s worth noting that the pool and sauna were both closed during our visit, and I feel this should be clearly stated on the website, as it impacted our stay. Despite some signs of aging, the hotel remains a reliable choice for those visiting the Pudong area. The location is convenient, and the overall service is top-notch. With a little attention to updating facilities and clear communication on amenities, it could easily return to its former glory. Overall, a good experience, but room for improvement.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada by Wyndham in Shanghai Wujiaochang. The room's comfort was immediately noticeable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day exploring the city. What stood out even more was the warmth and kindness of fellow guests, who were quick to assist with my luggage. The hotel staff were proficient in English, and their prompt responses to any inquiries I had were truly commendable. All in all, my stay was made memorable by this foreigner-friendly hotel in China. I can't recommend this hotel enough for international travelers.

很少寫攜程，這個必須給全五星，有温度有服務有設施的酒店，很豪華，游泳網球羽毛球乒乓球游泳池健身房桌球，主流運動應有盡有，還有高爾夫足球場等，很適合運動型親子團建情侶出遊，服務響應很迅速很到位，一根數據線落下了，很快就解決了，去碧海金沙等沙灘也很方便，開車十幾分鍾。小童節還特地給孩子準備了玩偶和水杯，心滿意足
