Svar från boendet: 尊敬的客人：您好，感謝您下榻商丘信華建國酒店，同時也非常感謝您給的寶貴意見。酒店很重視，特意調取了當時您辦理入住時的監控。當時您到前台時因前枱面前有客人，酒店賓客服務專員看到您主動給您“您好，是要辦理入住嗎？”，您説是要辦理入住，便把您指引到了旁邊辦理入住。前台員工聽到了對話，便直接給您要了身份證，確實沒有給您問好。這一點我們會加強培訓。緊接着前台詢問您預訂人是否為本人，您告知“不是，查吧”。後經前台查詢，是您本人的名字預訂的。前台詢問您入住幾位，您回覆兩位，告知前台另外一位還沒有到。前台為您辦理好入住手續後，給您雙手遞房卡時提醒您另外一位也要到前台，您詢問為什麼，前台告知您需要四實登記。您就不耐煩了説：“告訴我要身份證不就行了”。後將身份證摔到了前台，並大聲稱前台服務人員為小姐，語氣衹有您自己明白是什麼意思。因公安系統要求，雖然現在不需要做人臉識別，但本人需要到前台，前台人員需做肉眼比對。前台告知請您能理解，您當時反問讓您怎麼理解！因您當時有疑問，説要投訴，前台人員立刻叫來了大堂副理為您解釋。大堂副理詢問您時，您説您沒有什麼訴求。針對您提到的按金問題，酒店房間有一些消費用品所以在入住時會收取一部分按金，且在攜程官網上政策中也有明確顯示，每間房入住需要收取300元按金。當前台收取您按金時，您情緒較激動告知“能住住，不能住您走。我退了不就完了，要什麼按金啊”。我們告知您房間有消費品時，是您主動不止説了一遍全拿走，我們大堂副理從未主動説過要撤您房間消費品，我們都是有監控的。是您不交按金且要求我們撤消費品，我們調查了當時幫您從房間撤消費品的工作人員，經核實我們的員工當時並沒有説過您提到的這些話。酒店開業至今已經近7年了，酒店始終致力於軟硬件的不斷完善和提升，目前已升級了智眠房和影音房，您下次可以來體驗一下。因為床頭的材質是有倒順毛的絨布，所以在碰到的時候，會有倒順毛變化的並不是衞生問題。再次感謝您提出的寶貴意見及建議，我們會努力改進，期待您的再次下榻！
