Wangxiangu Cliff Homestay

Fantastic room with an amazing view. We are very impressed with the resort, especially at night when the lights are lit. Our service manager 小林 looked after us very well right from the start all the way to our departure, she helped us with all our requests. We were also given a fruit platter beautifully arranged with fresh flowers. We had a wonderful stay. The only thing we thought could improve would be a mini fridge in the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel and 小林 to all our friends.

We spent a wonderful couple’s weekend here and honestly, it exceeded our expectations. Our room was spotless and came with a breathtaking view. Be prepared to do a fair amount of walking up and down (your legs will definitely notice it), but every step is rewarded with incredible scenery. In the morning, the place feels almost like a private paradise, with very few people around and a calm, magical atmosphere. By the evening, things get busier — the crowds arrive, but so do the lanterns, lights, and reflections that turn the valley into something out of a fairytale. There’s also a small pool, perfect for relaxing after exploring, and a gym open from 9am to 9pm. Training there in the evening, surrounded by the glow of lanterns, adds a surprisingly magical touch to a workout. All in all, it’s the kind of place that makes you both tired and happy at the same time — the best kind of travel memory. Highly recommended for couples who want a mix of romance, nature, and a little adventure.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The amenities were great and the location was excellent. Although the staff didn’t speak much English, they made every effort to help me until the very end. After checking out, they kindly explained how to get to my next destination and patiently waited for me whenever I needed assistance. I had read some reviews mentioning that the staff didn’t help with carrying luggage, but I didn’t experience any such issues during my stay. For certain type of room, you won't get cliff view but it still worth staying here. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Need more English personnel to explain the whole adventure. They need to pay attention to cleaning the showers!! Breakfast was delicious and the whole place is beautiful!!

It was perfect ! We came with some expectations but it exceeded them. The service is perfect they pick up your luggage to your room and take your wechat to send you the shows program and to contact them easily, the room was clean and it had a japanese style toilet and all the toiletries that you might need. They also offer free water, coffee, tea and snacks. The fact that the floor was heated is amazing. The location inside the valley was so practical and you don’t have to pay the entry as you are inside the scenic area. The breakfast was complete, a good mix of western and chinese, totally recommend the experience !

It was very good, they gave us better room than we expected. But service should be slightly better, they do not understand english (but there are not a lot of foreign tourists) and also they do not sent anybody for our luggage despite they wrote down time we want to checkout. But overall it is worth the money. Breakfast was also very good.
