I don't know how to start explaining how much we absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from the first contact we had with the hotel people. When we first got to the hotel, a few young people came to help with the luggage and to welcome us. They even brought the luggage to our rooms, which was on the second floor, and explained everything in the room. The room was absolutely flawless, very spacious, clean, comfortable, perfect! Every night, after we came back from our day out, the staff would bring a fruit platter. The yummy breakfast was also delivered to our room. We had a few issues throughout our stay with our tour guide being late and the hotel staff was absolutely amazing. Their hospitality is incomparable. Although we had no notion of Chinese language, we communicated through phone translators and the staff was never frustrated with us and were genuinely kind and the most helpful. We stayed 3 nights at the hotel, I felt a little sad when we left. I was so overwhelmed by the choices of hotel when I was preparing my trip but I am so happy I chose to stay here. Do not hesitate to book this place. It was the best place we stayed at during our trip. Thank you again to everyone at the hotel who made our stay unforgettable!

Located just outside the old town, this inn provides a private and quiet yet convenient home stay. Their service is impeccable from the free transport to the top notch services, making my stay a fuss free one. The room is very spacious with plenty of unused area in the room, heated floor makes the room cosy to roam. The only downside side is they are using disposable towels which may not be suitable for everyone's liking.

From the moment we arrived at the entrance there were 6 of the staffs who all came out to greet us and helped us with our luggages. It was raining and they sheltered us with umbrellas. We were stunned by this great service! Also greeted by 2 friendly and cute giant dogs at the door, they are angels!! Room is huge and clean with all the amenities. At night they gave us a plate of goodnight fresh cut fruits and we could request for herbal foot soak bucket after a tired day. Location is about 15 mins walk to the inside of Dukezong Old Town street, not too bad. Car could stop right at the hotel entrance. Breakfast is by far the best I have seen in any boutique inn hotel. All the young handsome male staffs are very friendly and helpful! We would come back again! Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hospitality was superb, with the staff being incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was big, comfortable and clean. The hotel is conveniently located near the ancient city, making it easy to explore the area. I was truly impressed with the level of service provided. Highly recommended!
