No regrets choosing this place! The best hotel so far because I have got 2 little doggy butlers making sure I settle down properly. SUPER CUTE DOGGIES TO GREET YOU WHENEVER YOU ARE BACK. The place was so clean with really great view and nice breakfast. I miss the doggies already. 🥹❤️ and not forgetting the friendly staff in the hotel

The room is very spacious and clean, and has complete amenities. We were blown away by the room (it has floor heating, oxygen, heater, warm robe,etc). We were also picked up at the station. At last, all the staff is very friendly and helpful, Best service ever!

5 Stars – A Peaceful Getaway Surrounded by Nature I had an amazing two-night stay at this homestay at Shangri-La (decided to extend 1 more night)! The accommodation was super comfortable and clean, offering a peaceful escape from the city. Surrounded by lush nature, fresh mountain air, and lovely ranch animals like horses, pigs, and cows – it felt like a cozy countryside retreat. What made the stay even more special was the host's warm hospitality. He owns two adorable and friendly big dogs – a Samoyed and a Golden Retriever – as well as two super cute sheep that roam around the property. It really added to the charm and made me feel at home. The area is quiet and relaxing, perfect for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. The owner was also very responsible and kind enough to provide return transport to the railway station, which was a huge help. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful, nature-filled stay with warm vibes and great company!

All i can say this hotel is very perfect stay for our Yunnan trip! This hotel truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its cleanliness and the warm, friendly atmosphere created by the staff. The service is nothing short of excellent—they even offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to the train station, which made our journey so much easier. The hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The room is spacious, with a big TV screen and a cozy sofa for relaxation. The thoughtful amenities include a heated floor and bed, which were perfect for the cold weather. Even the toilet seat has a heater and a bidet, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. They also provide additional oxygen in the room—a great touch, especially for those who might feel the effects of high altitude. The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking! Imagine waking up to stunning mountain scenery, lush green grasslands, and sheep grazing peacefully—it’s like a dream come true. To make our stay even more special, they upgraded our room for free to one with a luxurious bathtub! For Muslim travelers, this hotel is incredibly accommodating—they provided us with a delicious vegetarian breakfast, so we felt completely at ease. However, please be mindful when sitting on the sofas as their adorable, friendly dog loves to sit there too and might come to greet you. Their dog is super cute and playful, adding a warm and homey touch to the stay! One of the most delightful surprises was that the hotel provides traditional Chinese costumes for free! We had so much fun dressing up and taking beautiful photos. It made us feel like royalty from an ancient Chinese dynasty—truly a unique and unforgettable experience. Despite the language barrier, the staff were incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs. They went above and beyond to assist us, offering suggestions, pinpointing locations, and ensuring we had everything we needed. A big thumbs up to the staff member whose picture I shared (unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name). The hotel owner should truly give her credit for her exceptional service—it made our stay even more memorable! This hotel is located near the stunning Napahai Lake, not Dukezong Ancient City. If you’re planning to stay close to Dukezong, this might not be the best choice. But trust me, you don’t need to stay near Dukezong—this hotel is so good, it’s worth being a little further away. The peaceful surroundings, incredible service, and top-notch amenities make it more than worth it! Another fantastic perk is the nearby e-bike rental. We rented bikes and had an amazing time exploring the beautiful Napahai area and enjoying the serene countryside. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers from Malaysia. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Trust me, you won’t regret staying here—it’s a memory you’ll cherish forever! Sorry I don’t take too much photo, a lot of videos only.
