The hotel is very well located for getting around the city. At the northern entrance to the old city, it offers excellent access on foot to this beautiful place. Being close to a main street, it also offers an excellent base for getting around using Didi. Regarding the hotel, it offers a cozy atmosphere and very comfortable rooms, with basic bathroom supplies. It is perfectly heated (I came in February with temperatures between 5° and -5° C), with a bed heater included. I only stayed one night, but it was really nice. Although the staff who attended me do not know English, it was not a problem to communicate using WeChat. Very friendly and helpful, they were always attentive to what I could ask. I would go back without thinking twice. I host there 10th of February 2025, traveller from Chile.

Good location (close to shops, restaurants and easy to travel to the montain or lake) and very kind staff. The only bad point is that the heat start at 18h so the room is cold

Perfectly located 2 minutes away from the main square. The room had extra blankets and an electric blanket to keep warm, and the staff was very kind and willing to help. Laundry service offered with the room if needed. Hot water not really available later in the day / at night though.

Very nice and luminous room, conveniently located in the ancient town. The velux and heating bed mad our stay really cosy ! Hosts were really nice as well !

The hostess is a lovely woman and has the biggest smile on her face! The bed has a heated blanket/matras and also the bathroom has a built in heater which was really pleasant! The rooms are spacious and also very clean. The location is also perfect. Overall really happy that we chose to sleep here!

I’m surprised by all the good reviews. Of course I wasn’t expecting a five star hotel, but I wasn’t expecting a place like this. Reviews said it was “sparkling clean” but it definitely wasn’t, the shower was small and the drain stuck, the wooden floor was broken and the bedsheets had holes in it. When they said “this is the ideal place if you want to be deepen in the sounds of the ancient city” it actually means that the whole place has terrible sound isolation and you can hear anything happening in the other rooms even whispers in the middle of the night. We were woken up several times because of that. Also, there in no elevator. I am shocked I had to pay 45 euros (considering I had a discount otherwise would have been more) for a night here. Real price should have been 10 euros maximum. Never again. Avoid this place like leprosy.

Good value for the money. The bathroom is very small and damp. The owner is friendly. Location is awesome .

Good location. Service was nice.

Staff were friendly and helped to check in and prepare the room. Rooms were good for the price. Bathroom is a little small but manageable. Walking distance to everything in the old town and beyond.

Nice, simple hotel. Clean and comfortable. Inside the ancient city right by the parking area.
