LAN YU plateau section hotel

A newly opened hotel near Dukezong Ancient Town. The main reason I chose this hotel is because they have oxygen supply in the room, there’s a lift in the hotel, there’s a hospital nearby and it is about 5mins very slow walk to Dukezong. Bed is comfortable, there’s smart toilet, dehumidifier, heater in the shower and floor heating. Some rooms were equipped with projector tv while some is with Xiaomi Smart TV. They also have thermometer and oximeter at the front desk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended us the restaurant next door which serves quite good ******* food. The staff went all out by sending us to the hospital nearby when one of us had a medical emergency. Breakfast is a little underwhelming but the whole day free flow of coffee is good. We wanted to go to their sister hotel in Napahai for the pet feeding but there wasn’t any availability, which was a little disappointing. Overall it is a nice hotel. Will choose this hotel again if we were to come back to Shangri-La.

The service is excellent. The location is excellent, just beside the east gate of the old town. The room is clean and hygienic. The front desk has been very helpful throughout my stay. I came here in December and the weather varies extremely widely between night and day. The front desk constantly remind me to dress up and make sure that I have the oxygen, humidifier and temperature set up properly. I will return to the same hotel in my next return.

The hotel staff are all very helpful and friendly. They add you into the wechat so that if you need anything or if you have any questions, you can message them anytime. Location is great! About a 3mins walk to the old town where there’s lots of food options, as well as studios if you’d like to rent traditional costumes. They reimburse your taxi ride to the hotel. We asked for a transport back to the airport and they provided a free ride as well. We booked a family room. It was big and very spacious. There’s a Dyson hairdryer and they provide 24hrs oxygen in the room too.

We had an amazing time at Liubai Hotel - the rooms were super spacious and very well designed. The staff at the hotel were also super hospitable and went the extra mile to ensure that we were well taken off. They also gave amazing recommendations that made our stay in Shangri La unforgettable. The location of the hotel was great - just a stone throw away from the Old Town. The breakfast was also amazing (must try the 米线）. 我们在丽思漫岚屿酒店度过了很难忘的时光！房间整洁舒适，接待我们的团队也非常热情。他们也给我们安排一位很棒的包车师傅。早餐也很丰富。大力推荐这一家酒店！

酒店近古城北門，房間不錯，給免費升級了個套房。服務也不錯。當天到的時候差不多12:40，房間還沒收拾出來，因為沒吃飯就問小哥附近有吃飯的地方麼，推薦了酒店出門左轉的一家飯店，我們倆口子花了298元（圖片裏還有兩例雞湯沒拍上）。因為想去納帕海，就問小哥一般都是怎麼去，説是包車或者租車，幫我們包了一輛車240元，差不多2點出發，先去的松贊林寺，因為修路比之前的路要遠些，也不好走，差不多3.30下來等車來接，又去的納帕海，環海一圈差不多三十公里，5點送回古城東門。

很真摯的寫了這幾句話，正如看到網評的這家店，真的很值得入住！店家的很多小細節深深的打動了我。前台會提前聯繫，建立微信羣，裏面有10多個人，但是就衹有我一個客人，其餘的都是工作人員，這一點讓我受寵若驚。會發當地的一些注意事項，讓我好做準備。來了酒店之後，因為天氣冷，前台會第一時間接熱水給我們喝，行李全程沒有提過，帶到房間會告訴我們房間裏面的一些設施該怎麼使用，水果也很新鮮很好吃。 其次很暖心的幫我們洗了衣服，然後送到房間。早餐也很不錯，可以無限續，直到吃飽為止，咖啡也很好喝，走的時候也送我們到車上，真的很贊👍🏻
