Really love the hotspring at the rooftop! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The hotel room is comfortable & they provide free drop-off to the railway station too! They also have very good laundry machine! Highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We got free pickup from railway station provide by the hotel... The room view amazing... definitely will come back again...

Cosy room and nice outside hot spring ! A bit far from the city, you’ll have to take taxi every time.

10 minutes drive from Shangri La train station. Really amazed with the view from the room, mountain, prairie and blue sky right in front of us!

Super stay! Really welcoming host, offered free drinks, local information, and even a late check-out. Surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. Within the room, the amenities we're great including an electric heating blanket, a/c, and a Japanese style electric toilet. Within the hotel there is a restaurant, pool table, and swimming area with a great view. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very strategically located at one of the most scenic area of NapaSea, and is very clean, well kept. The counter service is great too, they even upgraded our rooms to a bigger, scenic room for free!!! And, they provided free shuttle service from the railway station (or can claim back from them by showing the bill). The room itself, has heating service, oxygen supply, and is super roomy and clean. Great scenery, quiet ambience, free upgrade room upon checkin. Owner is friendly and help us to arrange pickup for tour and also recommend us nice restaurant. We also got reimbursement for taxi fares from railway station.

We really enjoyed our 2nights stay at the hotel. We were picked up by Mr.Zhou at 830am from the airport and brought us for short tour to the stupa. We are grateful for an early checkin at 930am. Mr Zhou continue to arrange for tours fulfilling our requests. Highly recommended hotel anytime.

The service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing. I really like the amenities and services. The hotel owner always took care of us by texting wechat to ask what we want. The room was clean and spacious. This is the nice place to stay in Shangri La!

The room was so dirty and smelly. The water in the pool not even filled and there was algae infestation on the wall. We were shocked when we arrived and immediately cancelled the booking and booked another hotel. The hotel messaged us that they would able to refund 50% for us but when we requested, they rejected our request.

Despite the language barrier, the owner and other staff tried their best to communicate with us. It was very convenient that they gave us a ride to the hotel. They also helped us hire a one-day driver. Thank you!

For the price I paid, it was well below my expectations. The hotel is not well maintained. The pool was not opened. Hygiene of the bathroom can be improved. Breakfast was a big disappointment. Toast without any jam or butter. Plain porridge served with hard boiled eggs and stir fry vegetables. The management need to seriously look into th problems highlighted.

We were searching for a nice spa place in Shangri-la. I have no doubt that this is the best one. Amazing views to the snow mountain from the top spa (available for all) and a very nice private spa as well. Not only did we get a nice spa experience, the host but drove us to a path to overview the city plus also offered us special help to go for a hike the next day to a beautiful location that will be forever imprinted in our minds. Thank you so much!

A pleasant surprise, the hotel is managed by generous and well mannered boss. I would recommend this place if you are staying around the area.
