The hotel reception Ms 垚垚 is very friendly and helpful during our check-in, she help us to carry up all our luggages to the room located on 2nd floor 😀 We stay here like our own home 🏡 and resealable price 💰 Highly recommend 👍👍

I would not recommend a stay in this hotel. The room is filthy - all rooms have carpet. Carpet had bugs, cobwebs, hair, dirt. The room was freezing, the heating unit is poor. The shower had only room temperature water, no hot water. We couldn’t shower because it was so cold. The breakfast was terrible. They did not ask if we wanted the western or Chinese breakfast and assumed since we are foreign we’d like the stale bread with a slice of tomato and lettuce. When I asked about a refund, they said they had provided the service and weren’t able to refund. After pointing out how the service they provided was a flat out lie - no hot water, dirty rooms - they offered 50% refund. I negotiated up to 70%. I shouldn’t have had to do negotiate. They apologized profusely and acknowledged they didn’t provide the service they were supposed to but were unwilling to refund the full amount. I told TRIP.com this hotel should not be listed anymore. It is unhygienic. Do not stay here.

Beautiful ******* style hotel in the Shangri-la old town. We had an amazing view of the Dafo Temple and Prayer Wheel. Jackie speaks perfect English and was so helpful with booking transportation, recommending restaurants and experiences, and even getting up super early to make sure we had a nice breakfast before a 6:30am airport departure! The breakfast was delicious and the service outstanding! Charming rooms and lobby with cool ******* artwork. We’re definitely coming back soon!

We spent 2 nights in Dukesong, Shangri-la. The hotel has a beautiful entrance. We chose the room on the last floor. The room has a private balcony with an amazing view. It was clean and the bed was comfortable, just a low pressure in the shower. Good breakfast. The lady at the front desk is really kind. When we arrived in Shangri-la she came to pick us up cause we got lost.

民宿就在獨克宗古城裡麪，出門就是石板路、轉經筒、各種小店餐館，超級方便！ 離月光廣場/龜山公園步行衹要幾分鐘，晚上看夜景太方便了。 交通便利，去松贊林寺、納帕海都很近。 窗外就是古城美景，風景如畫，坐在窗邊發呆都很享受。 有小院子、有露台，晚上可以看星星，氛圍超棒。 房間和公共區域都打掃得非常乾淨，一塵不染。 香格里拉的民宿不僅是住宿的地方，更讓我深入瞭解了當地文化和人情味的窗口，扎西德勒！

房間環境温馨舒適寬敞衞生間設計風格獨特別緻大氣，特別是他們家的供氧系統也非常不錯，很適合有高原反應的人去居住，而且老闆也非常熱情周到！特別是他們家的裝修風格，採用了碳化處理過的木頭，這樣看起來非常優雅，大氣，有一種復古的感覺！建議大家去這家會讓你感覺很舒心！

조용하고 따뜻한 바닥 난방으로 평안하게 지냈음. 대불사와 마니차가 보이는 옥상, 특색있는 실내 장식과 친절한 서비스, 기차역까지 전송해 줘서 매우 감사합니다.

這次住的民宿真的太值了！房子乾淨又温馨，床單被套都帶着陽光曬過的味道。位置特別方便，樓下就有便利店和小吃攤，去景點打車也很快。房東人超熱情，不僅提前發了詳細入住指南，還推薦了本地人常去的飯館。房間裏廚房、洗衣機這些設施都能正常用，完全沒有隱藏收費。住了幾天就跟在自己家一樣自在，下次來這邊肯定還選這兒！

房間特別好，很有西藏民族特色，整體整潔乾淨，有供氧機，電暖氣，加濕器，設備很齊全！強烈推薦三層觀景台，可以看到古城全局和巨型黃金轉金筒。
