Great location, and we have upgraded room for free. We had some issues with a transfer, but in the end it was handled. Thank you!😊

Our stay at snow mountain ice spring was amazing! We only spent 2 nights here and our entire itinerary was well organised by Ba San who helped us view all the major Bala Gezong scenic areas. Our transportation to and from the hotel and Shangrila station was also organised by the hotel staff, leading to a very well planned stay. The accommodation itself is huge and very comfortable and cosy, and the breakfast provided was so grand. Complimentary tickets for some activities was also provided, making this booking so value for money. While this hotel may be pricier than others, it is definitely very worth it and in our opinion, the only option you should consider for the Bala Gezong area.

從理塘自駕一路來到香格里拉，遊覽巴拉格宗景區，選擇住在雪山冰泉莊園讓我在巴拉格宗度過了美好的兩天。 酒店就在景區內，可以直接自駕進入，非常方便。前台辦理入住的是巴桑，一個可愛的藏族小夥，他不但快速地幫我們辦好手續，還貼心的安排了景觀最好的房間。巴桑也是我們的管家，通過互加微信，他把遊玩景區的所有細節和注意事項都詳細發給了我們，並協助安排遊覽的行程。巴桑的同事拉姆是位熱情的藏族姑娘，在我們入住期間，碰到任何問題，拉姆都會積極幫助解決，並温馨提示我們注意高原反應。兩位員工的細心服務讓我們倍感親切！ 酒店從建築到內部裝修都是我們喜歡的藏式風格，客房空間寬敞，衞生打掃得也非常到位。入住當晚在酒店餐廳點的土雞鍋也十分美味，據説是當地巴拉村的特色。 我真心推薦來巴拉格宗旅遊的朋友選擇雪山冰泉酒店，巴拉格宗的風景很美，而雪山冰泉莊園會讓你在巴拉格宗的遊玩體驗更加完美！
