Amazing breakfast with variety of choices! Very strategic location at the entrance of Dukezong ancient city Love the room design as well!

Stay was made memorable with the service - their little touches go a long way; the design of the hotel - combines culture & experience; the room - well maintained & clean with thoughtful amenities. Glad I chose this hotel (besides the convenient location), is the best part of my trip!

Exceptional service, beautiful Modern ******* Style hotel and rooms! The moment we walked in to the hotel lobby, we were greeted by the amazing decor of the hotel. The lobby was also very pretty. Every staff always answer our questions sincerely and go the extra mile for every small request we made. They added us on wechat, provided us tips and responded promptly to all our requests during the trip. The room has floor heater and heater in bathroom. They provided hats, sunglasses in the room as the UV in Shangrila is very strong (not to be brought home) but we love it that they provided it for us. Fantastic location, right at the entrance of ancient city. 5 mins walk to 大金筒。 Comfy beds, sofa area with TV. Love it!! Will return for sure!

hotel is glorious and personalized, love it so much. near guishan park and many convenience store. room deco and personal items are in same style and good, love it!

The hotel was beautiful in an excellent location in ShangriLa. The rooms were well appointed and had good heating. Breakfast was good, but note there is only one option available. Unfortunately, perhaps, because it was during the off season, it felt like we were staying in a closed hotel. The hotel had a beautiful bar with nobody working, a nice outdoor area with heat lamps that were never on, and the staff, while friendly, seemed a bit unprepared and surprised at our arrival. We requested help cleaning our laundry and ended up paying an extremely high 288 CNY after being quoted 100 CNY which felt dishonest. All of these problems would have been ok if we paid half of the $160 a night we paid, but at that price point in Yunnan, our expectations for service were high. Perhaps other guests will have better experiences when the property is properly staffed during the main season.

This is an amazing hotel in a fabulous location. The manager and staff make sure that all guests are comfortable and taken care of, and everyone went out of their way to help us make our way around the town. The rooms are very comfortable, and the ambiance of the whole place is authentic to the area.

除夕夜入住，感受到了滿滿的熱情。一進門就被精緻傳統的藏式空間迷住，然後就有帥氣的扎西獻上哈達。 整個體驗感覺是來到了服務非常好的人家，美麗的房間配上舒適的地暖，讓人不覺得是來到了酒店。睡前有晚安點心和牛奶，因為是過年，也體驗了一把篝火晚會，喝到了老闆娘親手煮的米酒，還一起放了煙花，第二天早起有體驗了特色的藏式早餐。 很開心能有幸選擇這家特色的酒店，感謝工作人員讓我們難忘此行，扎西德勒！

我們的飛機因為香格里拉大風取消了，和店家商量解決方案，然後及時得到反饋可以延後入住。 地理位置非常好，就在廣場旁邊，周邊購物很方便。 非常古典充滿藝術感的院落，房間的每個細節都很到位，絕對不會後悔的選擇。
