location right inside oldtown but not on the busy area, which our car still can drive to the doosrtep. peaceful area good enough for us. Oxygen generator and floor heater provided in good condition, electric blanket provided as well. Towels provided disposable type.

This was a perfect and cosy inn to stay in. Walking distance to the old town, which means it’s really accessible to shops! The owners were also very friendly and nice. They greeted us when we arrived late at night, and prepared the rooms for us. The rooms were spacious and had the amenities needed for us to explore. Initially on our first night, they provided disposable towels, but they changed to cotton towels! Thank you for this. The shower area is equipped with heater so it’s real warm and toasty when you’re showering. The toilet seat is also heated, and as well as the floor! We are super thankful for the humidifier and oxygen diffuser in the room. It makes a whole lot of difference! We communicated via WeChat throughout our stay and they also provided transportation to the train station, of which we are very grateful. Breakfast is also provided each morning and I really enjoyed the porridge with a variety of side dishes cooked by the aunty. She was lovely! On our last day, we were running late for the train and she still prepared some takeaway food for us to eat on the journey. Thank you! Overall, I am extremely pleased with the rooms and service provided. I recommend this place to all. If you’ll like, there are loft rooms too! Just that we are at an altitude in Shangri-la and stairs were exhausting for us.

The place is clean and beautiful. The room is huge and comfortable to sleep in. The distance between the Inn and the ancient town is within the walking distance.. All the staff are nice and friendly. Free pickup at the station is available..overall, I would stay here if I go to Shangrila again.. - from Malaysia

Awesome stay. The location was absolutely perfect with easy car access and within short walking distance to the ancient town. The boss was very helpful and welcoming. Room was well designed , spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

Is very important to choose hotel with oxygen supply and heater floor. I wasn't expect I would got altitude sickness. The guest service staffs and owner are very helpful, to help me with oxygen supply, warm water, and sweets. They are friendly and helpful, warm enough to remember each in house guest. Room and hotel are clean, neat and new. Location is great, just 10 mins to ancient town and nearby 3 to 5 minutes walk you may found local restaurants and rent for tranditional cloths which super convinience. I will recommend to my friend and family, and my next visit.
