Nothing to complain about this hotel. Excellent in everything especially services by the host and officers.

Good location and stunning view. Just about 10 minutes from the train station. The room is cozy and the accommodations are great. Hotel staff are nice, we got the free upgrade for our room.

The hotel is so nice! Our children simply loved it: the 3 friendly dogs, the alpacas, horses, sheep and especially the sweet lamb. The location of the hotel is very convenient, and the view is simply stunning. We got a free upgrade to a beautiful garden cottage with windows in the roof to watch the sky. The cottage was modern, clean and the floor heating very nice. Breakfast and dinner you can enjoy with a view over the lake area. Hotel staff was always very friendly and communication via WeChat fast. The Hotel even offered a free drop off at the train station and gave a cookie present to the kids. Thank you for the wonderful time at your little farm.

We choose the hotel because of the scenery. It is located near Napa lake. The view from our room is superb. There are lake, glass land and Shika mountain in front of our room. The room is clean and well-equipped with amenities. We are so impress with everything.

Good view , clean room, excellent service, Service pick up and drop off is good to solo traveler.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. They provide transfer to and from the train station. The view from the hotel room is amazing and the service is impeccable.

This hotel is the reason why I made the trip to Yunnan, and it surely did not disappoint. Everything is just like the pictures. It’s the best location for a serene getaway, with a fantastic view that exceeded my expectations. Next time, I would definitely stay for more than one night.

Fantastic view from the room and very quiet and comfortable hotel. Excellent chef and front desk staff speaks very good English, free shuttle to old town for the accommodation.

經常出門旅行，酒店訂過很多。本來想訂另外一家網紅民宿，當天沒房才選的這家，這家便宜很多，沒想到超出預期。帶父母出行，父母也讚不絕口。酒店管接管送，管家微信秒回，景色特別好，在酒店休息也很愜意，小動物滿地跑，贈送網紅咖啡店的咖啡。店裡小哥哥小姐姐都特別熱情，幫忙提行李，幫忙穿酒店的民族服裝，主動幫忙拍照，順便説一句，幫忙拍照的小哥哥拍的特別好，最後還幫忙把行李送到車站。會再來多住幾天，也會推薦給親戚朋友～

住進跑**款酒店 真的很好的體驗 在房間裏就可以直接看到雪山草原湖泊 因為是四月初來的 晚上還怕會冷 沒想到房間的地暖真的好給力 帶小朋友來 真的太合適了 因為早上起來還有羊羣 小馬到你房間面前 太可愛了 真的推薦這家草原酒店
