Shangri-La Anxin Tangchen Hotel recensioner

For a 5 star hotel this hotel considered to be average.. so there’s more hotels out there you could look at.

We chose this hotel only for its proximity to the bus terminal. We also arrived late at night and just needed a simple night rest. Otherwise, we would recommend finding other accommodations . On our arrival, we took a taxi to the main road beside the hotel as there were construction works going on in front of the hotel entrance. The walkway to the hotel lobby was a bit dark and the hotel lobby was also dimly lit when we entered. Not as seen in the photos for the hotel. We were assigned a smoking room at first and the smell of smoke lingering in the room was too heavy for us to handle. We had to immediately request for a change which the staff promptly assisted us with since our accommodation option was by right for non-smoking. We had another concern for our new assigned room which is the door could not be securely chain locked for safety reasons but we were too tired on our arrival to raise it to the staff. The next morning, there was a decent spread of Chinese breakfast buffet included in our stay. We had a quick bite before checking out early.

The room is clean , tidy , comfortable. Good view from hotel room and good taste of breakfast. Location is near to bus station which is easy to go to Deqin by bus.

Really nice hotel, quite Chinese style . Clean and calm. Not too far from old town. breakfast is written in Chinese , so have a guess sometimes :)

This hotel is located in the north part of Shangri-La, about 10 minutes drive from the old city of Shangri-La and within walking distance from the bus terminal. The hotel room was very cozy and clean. The breakfast was excellent, and included some tasty ******* breads. The only issue I had was that the hotel does not work with a travel agency. The hotel staff suggested that I go to the old city and find a travel agency there, which I did.

The receptionist are very helpful, especially Ms Lin, the hotel manager. She is great.

Hotel is a bit aged. Needs to be refreshed.

酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，房間設備齊全，服務好的沒有話説，熱情，效率高，基本有求必應，主要房價實惠，還可以看到酒店旁邊的納赤河，房間還有供氧的，不會開還有服務員會教我們使用，真的很好，在香格里拉就不怕高反了，房間裏的衞生間乾濕分離，衞生乾淨，早餐種類也比較多，酒店的服務員都很熱情，服務周到，停車也比較方便，免費的，離景區也比較近，最近古城的花開了，特別漂亮，拍照很出片，晚上就去古城四方街和藏族人民一起跳舞，感受藏族的民族風情

我很少寫評價 ，但這家酒店確實不錯 ，停車方便，免費停車，房間舒適温馨，乾濕分離，隔音效果良好，我們訂的房間有製氧機，服務員還會教我如何使用，吸氧管也是一次性的，不會二次使用，特別棒，我們訂的房間可以看到松贊林寺，早上拉開窗簾，遠處的山霧繚繞，可以遠眺松贊林寺，早餐在酒店的一樓，早餐種類豐富，環境也特別好，乾淨衞生，中午一樓也有過橋米線，價格實惠，味道不錯；四樓也有洗衣房，自助的，有烘乾的功能，酒店的員工都很熱情周到，需要什麼東西衹要撥打前台電話，服務員等會送到房間，服務態度極佳，滿意強烈推薦！

這次入住安信酒店簡直是一場完美的度假體驗！從踏入大堂開始，管家式服務就讓人倍感尊貴，工作人員主動幫忙提行李、介紹設施，床品柔軟到像睡在雲端。出差臨時選的這家酒店太驚喜了！位置絕佳， 周邊小吃街超熱鬧。房間雖不大但乾淨整潔，Wi-Fi都很給力，尤其要誇誇床，軟硬適中一覺到天亮。前台小姐姐態度超親切，還貼心提醒附近景點優惠。性價比超高，下次來還住這兒！
