Second stay at this charming ******* hotel. Wifi and bathroom plumbing (on the ground floor) wasn’t the best, but the staff did their best to rectify. Service overall was excellent including early morning airport drop off.

Spectacular! Design hotel, confy and great to come back after all day walking arround. Great position. The staff is super nice, helpfull and very friendly. Great english too, that helps a lot. Rooms are clean, confy and with the best view! A must in Shangri-La

Excellent location in the middle of the old town. Authentic ******* boutique hotel with very warm hospitality. The staff is very friendly and they go the extra mile with a big smile. Furnishings are dated and the mattress provided can be firmer. The staff make up for the shortcomings with their great service and attitude.

Perfect location right in the middle of the ancient town! Amazingly helpful and friendly staff, very comfortable and clean rooms. The hotel arranged a driver to pick us up from the train station, we also hired the same driver to drive us to go sightseeing, he was so kind and gave us lots of tips! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Shangri-La!

Excellent service by the staff to settle our laundry which was not picked up by the laundromat. Packed nice breakfast for us to bring along for our early train ride

Arrow Khampa offers five star quality at an affordable price. The location of the hotel is in the heart of the most beautiful part of Shangri-La. The rooms are exquisite, the service is excellent. If you choose to come here your only regret will be leaving.

The front desk staff are very friendly n helpful. The hotel lobby has the feel of ******* culture , nice & grand . The hotel is located in the ancient town, convenient to walk around to shops n many restaurants . The hotel help us to get their day off Driver to drive us around (a half day trip )with reasonal price . The room is clean n comfortable. with fresh fruits provided too . During night time. (9pm) The staff served the milk to the room too.

Everything was perfect. Charming hotel in the old town, very close to one of the monasteries. The hotel rooms are beautiful. All Staff helpful and kind. Overcame language barrier by using WeChat.

Hotel very clean and warm. The floor is heated. Staff are very friendly and informative with the activity around Shangri- La. Hotel driver brought us to the place for visit abd also to the railway station.

Loved our stay at Arro Khampa and would surely come back! Our room was beautifully furnished, with unbeatable views of the central temples of Shangri La’s old town right out of our window on the second floor. Some of the members of staff can communicate pretty well in English, which was perfect to be able to schedule day trips around the region (which is stunning) and organise pick-ups to and from the railway station. Only ‘but’ to note was the quality of the included breakfast, which felt a bit subpar in comparison to pretty much everything else in this wonderful boutique hotel. Otherwise all fantastic!
