I very enjoyed staying here and feel bad that I booked only 1 night, I should have booked longer than 1 night
The hotel concept is like farm stay, we have many activities to do such as feeding animals here (sheeps, deers, donkey, horse and dogs)
Very suitable for who would like to relaxed at the hotel, this hotel make me dont want to go out to do anything except staying here.
Very fun and good experiences here
Also, the food at the hotel restaurants is very delicious.
Dogs here very cute and huggable
I would like to come back again during winter, it would be so fun and enjoyable

I stayed at Lisiman Xinsu in Shangri-La for 2 days, and it was a truly memorable experience. Despite the rainy weather, the views were still incredibly beautiful — misty mountains and lush greenery that made the whole place feel serene and magical.
The service was excellent; the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. One of the highlights of the stay was the ******* photography experience — it was such a fun and unique way to immerse ourselves in the local culture and take home some amazing memories.
The property also had lots of adorable animals roaming around, which added a lovely charm and made the stay even more delightful, especially for animal lovers.
Overall, Lisiman Xinsu offers a peaceful retreat with a great balance of natural beauty, cultural experience, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Shangri-La!

We booked this hotel mainly for the beautiful view, and so far we’re very satisfied with everything! What we saw in the photos matched exactly what we got during our stay. The receptionist could speak English and was very helpful and welcoming. One of the best parts is that the hotel offers laundry facilities, which made things super convenient for us. Overall, we’re extremely happy with our stay here!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the best hotel in Shangri-La, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every part of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with a touch of traditional ******* design. I had a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains from my balcony, which made every morning feel magical. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch.
The location of the hotel is also ideal — close to the old town, but still peaceful and serene. It was easy to explore the area, and the hotel even offered guided tours and helpful tips for sightseeing.
Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. If you’re visiting Shangri-La and looking for a luxurious yet authentic experience, I highly recommend staying here. I can’t wait to return!

Enjoyed this hotel the most as it allows guests to feed and interact with the animals just right outside the room. The staffs are kind and friendly and very quick to respond to your needs. They still arrange for transfers to airport even though the official work hours is 8am

Nice hotel with beautiful scenery. Service is good as well however the downside is that there’s no elevator, only stairs so if you are staying at the top floor, you have to climb all the way up and down. However, there’s hotel staff to help with the luggage carrying. Also, the bathtub was little dirty but it’s alright. Overall, its a good stay to connect yourself with nature.
