LISIMAN Xinsu Yusiye Oxygen Supply Manor (Shangri-La Branch)

Service was tiptop! This resort has 3 cute huskies and they are all very friendly. Hotel staffs were kind and helped us to carry our luggages to our room. They did serve warm dessert at night too. If you are looking for a quiet resort with amazing Mountain View, this is definitely a to-go place! Will definitely come back again in the future as resort do have cute animals at the backyard.

Amazing view, a must stay hotel if you are animal lover, staffs are helpful and friendly. Can simply spend a day at the field area taking photos.

Best accommodation we stayed in Yunnan. Staff was really helpful throughout the whole stay. Helped to book and recommended a 吐司宴, and provided transport to and fro. They were really responsive and answered every queries we had on WeChat group. The staff really deserved a good praise. The place also had animals running around that guest could interact with. Very nice to just watch them from our rooms.

Their attention to detail was incredible, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask and always ready to assist. Traveling with a baby here felt effortless. The staff absolutely adored my baby, and the feeling was mutual. My baby loved them just as much. Their kindness and care made us feel safe, comfortable, and deeply grateful for their hospitality. The staff here don’t just do their jobs. They pour their hearts into making our stay special. Their warmth, patience, and attentiveness set them apart, and they truly deserve all the recognition in the world. I would return to this place just for them. The hotel is super nice and highly recommended. The view from the lobby and room is beyond amazing. We really love the room design, the equipments and amenities are really great. They even provided oxygen generator and humidifier in the room. We had breakfast and dinner at hotel and the taste were perfect. On top of that, all the staffs were super nice and helpful. They took care of us very well and we were much impressed. If you have plan to Shangrila, I really recommend this hotel. You won’t regret.
