It was great experience & warm hospitality from this hotel. If have 100 stars, I would definitely rate 100 stars! The services from the first, picked us at Dukezong ancient city till the last day they send us to the Xianggelilla Railway Station early in the morning to catch up the first train. We really appreciated! They even packed us some snacks since we cannot have our breakfast at the hotel. This hotel also upgraded us to the very beautiful room with view with no charge since low season. This effort make us truly touched! Hopefully can visit this hotel again next time. I definitely recommended to stay at this hotel if you want tranquility & serenity staycation!

During my recent travels, I had the pleasure of staying at the Shangri-La, and it was truly an impressive experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was impeccable. It was spotless, with attention to detail evident in every corner and all pets in home stay and really cute. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the amenities provided were top-notch, from high-quality toiletries to thoughtful extras like a personalized welcome note. The hotel facilities were equally impressive. Free dressing and photographer also well prepare and professional taking care us. Overall, Lisiman Xinsu Yusiye hotel exceeded my expectations. Its blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service makes it a perfect choice for travelers seeking an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

I’ve just returned to my home country, and I’m already missing my stay at this Shangri-La hotel! Located in the beautiful Napahai Grassland area, the setting is so serene and peaceful. You don’t need to go anywhere—just staying at this hotel feels like a healing vacation in itself. I stayed for just one night, and I didn’t leave the property because I wanted to fully enjoy the experience. The room was absolutely wonderful, surrounded by many cute animals that added such a delightful touch to the stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They created a group chat to communicate with guests and were incredibly attentive. Anytime we needed something, they were quick to help. For example, we asked for coffee, and they generously provided it free of charge! We also got to enjoy a free customer photoshoot, which was a fun and memorable experience—the photos turned out amazing! To top it off, the staff kindly offered us a complimentary drop-off service to the train station, making our departure so much smoother and stress-free. The room itself was warm, spacious, and cozy—with probably the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever slept in!

Everything from my arrival to Shangri-la, to the point of checking in, arranging transport for my itinerary, checking out, ferrying me to the train station, just one word - Impeccable. Customer service is outstanding, their interiors are beautifully designed, and complements well with the architecture of the building as well as the greater plains of Napa sea. They have a myriad of farm and domesticated animals which are incredibly docile, well tempered, and playful so you can tell they are well treated in here. I was at first skeptical of booking this as it's a little expensive and as a solo traveler, i'm incredibly easygoing. However, the standard of service, the majestic morning scenery, cute companions, complimentary evening desserts and hot milk, made everything worth the penny. I even got a free upgrade of my room because they said my original booking had no views 😂, and I was incredibly grateful for the complimentary upgrade. I'm a heavy eater so the light hearty breakfast wasn't exactly to my liking (but I could use some healthy balance once in a while 🤣) To each of their own. The staffs went out of their way to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible, in which I commend them for it. I will definitely be coming back to Shangri-la in the near future and will not be considering any other accommodation except for theirs! 多谢你们的慷慨之心，里思漫的员工们！

It was an amazing experience and view. The housekeepers are very nice helpful and polite. Can feel small animals like sheeps, deers & goats. There is 3 cute alaskan doggos

The stay here was nothing short of amazing. It was our first time in China after a decade and the staff took extremely good care of us and took lengths to ensure a comfortable stay for us by thinking ahead to meet our needs. The room was amazing. Well designed and a good size. Heated flooring was helpful in the winter but took some time to heat up. The oxygen and humidifier made our stay more comfortable as we adapt to the altitude. The animals were the highlight of our stay! They were friendly and cute, but I think they haven't been groomed for some time since it's wintertime. I enjoyed playing with them everyday and it was relaxing watching them enjoy the farm and grazing around. The breakfast was clean and delicious and they try to switch up some items each day. The environment was nice and cosy overall. Will definitely return.

Highly recommend!!!! This is the most attentive and best homestay I've ever stayed in! For the first time, I felt the feeling of living in my own home, and sent coffee, the last thing I expected was to contact me in advance to establish a service group, but also picked me up to the hotel. So loved it, for the foreigners are really friendly, how detailed ah, will also ask if it is the first time to high altitude area, patiently tell me the precautions, highly recommended! I really love it.

Arrived at Shangri La around 1pm and two gentlemen from the hotel waiting for us at the train station. One night at this place is not enough. Let the photo tell you everything. We love the hospitality given by them. As Muslim travelers, we don’t have any difficulties as the hotel staff also try their best to understand our need. We definitely will come back again in future

I would like to give 100% for this hotel. Everything is perfect. Food is nice, they have dinner menu for it, which can eat inside the restaurant and breakfast is nice also. They free photography session for us which hairdo and 藏服. All the staff is super helpful and free us 仙女棒 during countdown, they also serve us afternoon tea on night as we check in late. The common area super cozy. The room is comfort to sleep and rest, early morning can see 日照金山. Strongly recommend this hotel if you come to Shangrila.

This is the best place to stay in China for me. I was impressed from the time they picked up my family from the train station to the accommodation and took good care of my family throughout the stay. The service is 10/10. The atmosphere in the accommodation is also very good. You can really feel nature. The room is spacious and the facilities in the room are very complete. P.S. The tea here is very delicious.

Situated right in the middle of Napa Scenic area, the place is easily accessible via DiDi and with arrangement by the ever so helpful hotel staff. The service is impeccable, with the hotel staff going the extra mile to help with every request within their means. Some of the few instances which really impressed me are: 1. Reaching Shangri-La train station and was promptly picked up to the hotel. 2. Every night, there was free sweet soup and milk served. They also offered beverages whenever we were waiting at the lobby. 3. Stayed during the New Year and we had the chance to purchase and set off fireworks at the lawn. 4. Enquired about making a day trip to Tiger Leaping Gorge and horse riding. The front counter made the arrangement within a day and ensuring that we are paired with a driver who is reasonably priced To sum it up, I would love to have the chance to stay at this hotel again for both the views and the service.

Such an amazing experience staying here. Our kids loved playing around the open field with the free roaming animals there. Their service was top notch. Sending us to town, offering vegetarian meals once they knew we were muslims, etc. The views were stunning! We really enjoyrd our stay here and hoping to come here again in the future

This is the best spot of the trip. Will definitely come back. Staff are very helpful and responsive since the day of reservation. The room is nice and warm (heating floor and bed). The view is unbelievable nice. All small friends (dogs, deers, ...) warmly welcoming guests to the most pleasant stay. ❤️ i am mostly relaxed and fully recharged ! The location is only 10-15mins to train station and old town. I always take didi and it costs me only 25rmb.

This is the best hotels we have stayed in Yunnan. Initially we booked one night then decided to book for another night cause it is just so comfortable! The staff here really went out of their ways to make us feel like home. Scenery is so pretty(although it’s a shame that it didn’t snow… ) when we come back to Shangri-La, we will be sure to stay in this hotel again!!!
