Shangri-La Snow Mountain Hotel On the Cliff recensioner

After attending a tourism conference promoting Shangri-La, visiting Balagezong was a must—and it exceeded expectations! Despite our late arrival due to snow, the staff’s warm hospitality shone as they kept the chef late to prepare us a delicious meal. The traditional ******* architecture and breathtaking mountain views from our window created an unforgettable experience. The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. We can’t wait to return and share this incredible place with friends. Highly recommend!

I didn’t get a room with a good view of the valley and mountains as the view had some structures blocking it as i stayed on the first floor. The view might be better on the 2nd and 3rd floor but I’m too tired to climb after all the stairs I’ve to climb to get to my room. The service was quite ok. It’s not immediate, but the staff replied after sometime and come to help with issues in the room. As I only stayed one night and had a tight schedule, the staff was very helpful to recommend and plan my sight-seeing itinerary.

Nice hotel inside the scenic area. We got a nice room with big balcony. Breakfast is just average.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop right in front. The reception staff were highly responsive and even helped carry our luggage. Check-in was quick and seamless. The hotel went above and beyond by arranging our entire itinerary during our stay, including providing private transportation. They even ensured we were taken back to the mountain base the next day. Their attention to detail and excellent service made our trip truly memorable.

The best location with an amazing view. The staff is most helpful and kind. When you book they take care of sigthseeing tours in the area such as the shangri-la great canyon and mountain 佛塔. We come back again to see this beautiful area during summer.

Very pleasant stay. Must read the story about its development to appreciate the efforts behind a man with love to his hometown and his perseverance to make things happen. Warm welcome by hotel staff and good organisation of the activities. Foods are delicious, too.

Clean and neat .Service is exellent

Not worth the money. It is extremely far. We arrived and after paying their high prices we had a room without views. We had chosen a room called panoramic room viee and we got a view to a wall. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you can call and be sure what room will be given. There are no elevators neither. You have to transport your stuff upstairs.

Beautiful spot in an ancient ******* village with the most picturesque scenery at every angle. The staff were amazing and attentive. The tour to the mountain trip was breathtaking. Recommend to request 2nd or 3rd floor rooms for best view.

酒店就在景區內，住宿費包含門票觀光車票費用，管家服務安排很好，食宿停車都很方便，僅以一篇遊記形式來描述我在巴拉格宗兩天一晚的經歷，很美好！ #巴拉格宗 重温《消失的地平線》，詹姆斯•希爾頓在書中是這樣描述東方中國神祕的藍月亮峽谷——心中的烏託邦：“這裡有金字塔般的皚皚雪山、靜謐的村落、豐饒的牧場，以及幽深的峽谷、茂密的森林、清澈的湖泊等自然奇觀。” 1300年前，一位巴塘的藏族土司斯那多吉為躲避戰亂，帶領族人一路向西，在格宗雪山下尋到了一處世外桃源——巴拉村。20年前，族人斯那定珠先生為了家鄉村民出行，耗盡所有修築了一條35公里的天路，直至2008年通車的那天，地圖上才出現一個新地名——巴拉格宗。 巴拉格宗位於橫斷之西最險峻處，這裏涵蓋了乾熱河谷到現代冰川帶的所有景觀，山之高谷之深崖之峭，海拔落差達3500米。我開着小莽登兒沿着斯那定珠先生修築的天路盤旋向上，短短35公里50多個剪刀彎，俯仰角達9度，海拔上升2000米。到達巴拉村，沿着懸崖峭壁上修築的棧道輕徒步，抬頭是望不到頭的崖壁，向下俯瞰是極深的峽谷，崗曲河沖積而過，這是由格宗雪山的冰川融水匯聚形成，最終匯入金沙江。這裏崖壁垂直，樹木無法生長，形成了天然的迴音壁，可惜棧道旁的巖石全部澆上了混泥土，否則我真想撫摸感受一下這天然的巖石温度。格宗雪山靜靜守護着巴拉村，香格里拉最高峯海拔5545米，我跟妹妹們視頻着，一起在迴音壁玻璃平台上觀賞了一場屬於巴拉村日常的雪山日落，太陽下山後的巴拉格宗風大的不禁讓我拉上了沖鋒衣，隨後在漫天星辰下感受屬於巴拉格宗的浪漫，直到格宗雪山徹底被雲霧遮擋住。巴拉村村民、景區運營公司工作人員，點上篝火跳起鍋莊，一個又一個的加入，圓圈越來越大，我望着火盆，眼中竟泛起淚光。 迴音壁上分辨不出是天然形成還是後期刻意為之的印記，像一雙手掌刻在山體上，好似在封印什麼。古巴拉村村民出山換物的道路，僅容一腳寬，廢棄古道的痕跡還在懸崖上刻印着，古道旁一棵松樹就在這樣的巖石崖壁上頑強的生長出來。10歲的斯那定珠鐵水入眼急需醫療救治，整整走了五天到達鎮上因此錯失最佳治療時間，從此便埋下了要為巴拉村修一條生命通道的理想，經過30多年的打拚，帶着4000多萬回鄉修路。路通前，村子裏有能力的青壯年都逃離了家園；路通後，陸陸續續有族人後代回到家鄉努力建設。整個巴拉格宗由巴拉格宗文化旅遊公司打造運營，創始人就是斯那定珠先生，能看出來從安全、住宿、餐飲、交通、文化等都運營的非常好，工作人員是真的在用心服務，讓我們這些外來客賓至如歸。1300年前，巴拉村是巴塘族人的避世聖地，它封印了外界的紛擾，令族人生活幸福安詳。1300年後，巴拉人沖破封印與時俱進共同富裕，但又未丟棄族人信仰以及建設家園的信念；於我們這些外來客，短暫的封印住了煩惱屏蔽喧囂，換回一身輕鬆。 巴拉格宗最神聖的地方，是位於格宗雪山北部的香巴拉佛塔，海拔4250米的佛塔，五月還在下雪，從巴拉村需乘坐大巴，經過50分鐘的盤旋山路才能到達。佛塔被大霧瀰漫，我站在雪地上望着前方等霧散去，司機師傅説今天應該很難看見全貌了，就在我即將返程時，就那麼一瞬間，佛、法、僧三座山峯全部露出真容。師傅問：“你不多拍兩張嗎？你的運氣真好，今天很是難得能看見呢。”我説：“我用眼睛瞻仰足夠了。”隨後又和師傅聊起來，“佛塔真的很像岡仁波齊在止熱寺怒目金剛的那一面！”師傅説：“我還沒有去過岡仁波齊。” 希爾頓《消失的地平線》中幻想出的烏託邦，在平行世界中或許早已存在。書中描述的卡拉卡爾山對應格宗雪山；金字塔的雪山對應香巴拉佛塔；靜謐的村莊對應巴拉村；豐饒的牧場對應巴拉村山後的乃當牧場；幽深的峽谷對應橫斷山脈中的香格里拉大峽谷；茂密的森林在這裏全是最最原始森林；關於藍月亮，我在夜晚拍下一張格宗雪山山頂的彎月，真的是透着藍光的！ 願我們都能尋到自己心中的烏託邦，心存慰藉。
