very helpful hotel owner..will book again at this hotel if i come to shangrila!!

They are nice service people. We arrive in a warm room. Although the hot water needs to be time to come . The room is neat and tidy , the location is just at the walking distance to the Ancient town

Good Location Friendly Staff warm bed near supermarket

Staff very friendly. They help me to book package to Balagezong. The room also clean when i arrive. They also do room cleaning service. The breakfast also okay because you can request what you want. (Im a muslim traveler) Next to the hotel got shop that sell ******* craft. Sure will come again here.

It's near north gate of Dukezong. Just around 100M from the road side. This hotel is not suitable for winter time.. the floor heater takes 40min to start getting warm but it is not warm enough for the cold in winter which is about -10 °C . The toilet is very cold as well. Water heater is too slow to get warm. Water pressure is weak. Toilet is not clean and toilet paper is not properly provided. It's stated that breakfast is provided but we didn't get any

The location situated in the Shangri-la old town and easily walking to the main street. The staff is very nice.

One of the best places of my trip. The owner was so helpful, offered us a room woth oxygen instead of the one we booked due to its vacancy❤️

Located within ancient city and a short bus ride to Songzhanling Monastery. No lack of F&B and supermarket, pharmacy within walking distance from Inn. Clean room. Service is good and friendly. Toilet seems to have some leaking though, floor is always wet even before we shower. Water pressure of shower is relatively good. Breakfast is local noodle soup or western toast, eggs and yoghurt with fruits. Both are delicious.

Right in the old town? , perfect location and friendly owner that helped us organizing our trip.
