Nice hotel, good breakfast. Location is a bit in the middle of everything. Service is good and helpful

I had a truly pleasurable stay at Sheraton Shantou. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning city view. Dining options were delicious and diverse. Overall, the experience was relaxing and luxurious—definitely a place I’d return to for comfort and quality service. The gym though stage of the art, has quite a lot of mosquitoes. They can improve on this aspect!

The hotel is very renew and decent,  the gym is nice and clean , they even provide free banana for you after training . And the staff are friendly and give me the a free upgrade.  will definitely come again. 

Best and preferred hotel in shantou city. Near the luxury Plaza very convenient for dinner and shopping.

Sheraton truly delivers a 5-star experience! The lobby is stunning, and the staff are very welcoming. Our room was spotless, had no odor, and included a bathtub, making for a relaxing stay. We also received a welcome fruit bowl, but it was placed in the fridge and almost went unnoticed. Service was exceptionally fast—we requested extra towels and utensils multiple times, and they arrived almost instantly. The hotel food had plenty of tasty options, well worth the price. There’s also a swimming pool and steam room, though we skipped them due to the cold weather. A nice touch was the ******* locker system for deliveries, making pickups super convenient. Highly recommend for a comfortable, hassle-free stay!

Sheraton shantou is grand but a bit dated. Overall is ok. Service is superb.

Food is delicious, room is clean and spacious, and hotel staff is very friendly and kind with English spoken made my trip and my stay very pleasant and comfortable.

Peaceful stay. Staffs were friendly especially monkey xu the front desk guy who speaks great English also... and the rooms i booked were clean. Thanks for your hospitality. Totally would recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Sheraton Shantou. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my visit. and the location was very convenient for getting around. The food was delicious with a nice variety. Although the room was a bit dated, it was clean and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant experience and I’d be happy to stay here again.

My always hotel when in Shantou past few years. Excellent service at check-in & room service as well. Will be back again for sure.

Front desk receipton lady Cindy Cai very nice and friendly. My putunwa is not good and she is patent listen to me and explain to me very detail where to go for the late dinner with my favourite 生腌. This hotel locate in downtown and just walking distance to all the major area. I also got the sea view room. Absolutely I will come here again enjoy the food and site seeing and with the same hotel.

The hotel location is very good it's close to lots of restaurants, park and shopping centre
