The building is very well built and maintained. Exceptionally clean. I was given an upgrade for a room on the 21 st floor, thank you! Two of the older staff on the front desk spoke English, the younger staff seemed very nervous around me as the only foreigner in town. I couldn’t find the gym. There is a pool, but only for the brave in winter. Handy location next to the mall and supermarket, not far from the the East bus station where you can go to the region’s main attraction. The hotel really needs a washing machine and clothes dryer for self service laundry. I found the bed very firm. Very good value for money.

I say I saw many reviews that said the hotel was old and they weren’t very complementary. Yes, it’s an older hotel. It’s very grand and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very large. The bed was fine to sleep on as were the pillows, I can’t say I have any complaints. The locations is very good.

The location is in the center of the city within walking distance from Sun Yat Sen Memorial park There are a numerous restaurants around there The bus 22 service from High speed railway station to the hotel

Great size rooms. It’s an old Chinese 5 star hotel rebranded. Room smelt of smoke especially in the bathroom. Dinner was disappointing and breakfast was average. We had to keep asking for food at the buffet and they closed an hour early. Great service made up for lack of amenities.

這個酒店我比98分。2分扣在房間沒有智能化產品。但酒店各方面設施還是比較完善，乾淨衞生，隔音好，服務好，停車好👍位置靠江邊（本次住房1005），對湞江區的城市面貌一覽無遺，樓下就是商場，購物，電影，美食，按摩一應俱全，最值得推薦就是一樓的自助餐，一百多任吃，環境棒棒，火鍋，刺身，西餐，中餐，包廂什麼都有。這麼多的優點，少點智能化產品也不影響，畢竟酒店是用來休息的……推薦，推薦

第三次入住，食到了自助早餐裏心心念唸的腸粉🥰 1.地理位置優越，江景無敵 2.工作人員熱情有禮，房間衞生👍 不足： 1.腸粉的豉油偏甜了🥹 2.老問題了，房間空調到底什麼時候不是24小時暖氣！第一天入住嘗試了開窗，製冷，送風，關掉空調，房間都是悶熱的，第二天一早請客房部送來風扇，能不能在我第四次去前解決這個問題啊啊啊啊啊！！！

酒店位置一流！ 之前擔心酒店會不會老舊！結果自然是多濾了！所住的房間保養得當，設施都還算新凈！讓人滿意的是房間空氣乾淨無異味！ 酒店服務很好，特別是早餐很好！對得起房價^_^ 第二天一早還能欣賞個日出，挺好的！ 唯一略不好的是空調一個晚上只有暖氣25度，對怕熱的我不甚友好

韶關風度華美達廣場酒店在市中心，旁邊就是大超市好熱鬧。酒店大堂富麗堂皇，停車方便，車停大門即有帥哥禮賓員幫忙卸行李並送到房間。點贊前台客服為住客提供優質的服務，還給我們升級到20樓的豪華雙床房。入住的房間寬敞明亮、整潔乾淨、床墊軟硬適中、特別是蕎麥枕頭很舒適，衞生間空間大，配有大浴缸，花灑出水快水夠熱。窗外夜景很美。點贊客房部的服務員工作認真，房間衞生搞得很乾凈。自助早餐豐盛品種多，蛋撻超好吃。酒店的各項服務都做得很好，住在這酒店有賓至如歸的感覺。給酒店五星好評！值得推薦。來韶關還要入住這家酒店。

來韶關旅遊，選了華美達，是老牌的五星級酒店，位置就在江邊，停車跟商場共用一個停車場。早餐品類不算多，但是做湯麪和腸粉要等很久，服務也一般。

每次回老家過年都在這裏住，連續好幾年了。設施有些老舊，面積很大，尤其是衞生間的空間非常充足。地理位置優越，江景不錯，早餐還算豐富。
