MAISON NEW CENTURY recensioner

I recently stayed at “Maison” and was absolutely blown away by the incredible service and attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk team was warm and professional. The room was immaculate—spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. Every staff member, from the concierge to the restaurant team, was attentive, friendly, and genuinely eager to assist. Whether it was recommending local attractions or accommodating special requests, they made sure my stay was flawless. I will definitely be returning and look forward to my next stay. Good location if you're visiting the Keqiao fabric market. Staff are friendly & and helpful, but the bath towel is not absorbing the water well.

The hotel is already relatively old and requires innovation and refurbishment. Very old tiles in the bathroom, and the furniture has thick scratches. Power sockets are very old.

Could have done better with customer service from the reception especially during check-in. Even lower stars hotel serve better. However, there are two guys who are really good and helpful. Just that I feel like they should do more training. Hotel wise all is good. Very clean and comfortable. Location is great, nearby there is a couple of food stall

My absolute favorite hotel in Haikou

一如既往的開元品質把控，週末來到了我們江南紹興，酒店印入眼簾的是大氣舒適的大廳，三角形的大樓，座標位於瓜渚湖邊上的風水寶地。大廳與外部停車場還是有優雅的感覺，不愧是投資了七千萬RMB，早餐種類豐富，停車免費還有新能源充電站，交通周邊便利發達，底下就有餐飲超市。前台工作人員以及酒店員工服務周全態度仔細。湖景房大家可以體驗一下，視野採光那是相當好，洗浴以及床具都很舒適。感謝開元柯橋帶給我這一次卓越的體驗和舒適的酒店感受。 設施：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 衞生：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 設施：健身房、會議室、SPA、棋牌室一應俱全

酒店位置挺方便的 也比較安靜 前台小哥給我升級了兩天家庭套房 窗景對着湖挺好的 外賣也可以送上來 電梯是要刷房卡的，早餐也要拿着早餐券去。整體服務不錯。早餐的選擇比較少，9點去的時候很多菜品都沒有了。

酒店地理位置就在瓜渚湖附近，但是是比較偏的瓜渚湖附近，遊玩得在另一頭。酒店前台挺好的，就是要東西的時候老是聽一半少給hhh，套房設計的也很不錯，房間都有單獨的隔間。值得表揚的是很貼心的有一次性浴缸套，可以泡澡用，房間的馬桶還是智能馬桶，早餐一般般。附近有個古鎮值得一去，開車十分鐘吧

🏨酒店性價比很高，房間非常乾淨，服務也很周到。給個建議，透明玻璃門的洗手間作為親子家庭房非常不方便，上個廁所洗個澡還要把小朋友帶出房間。另外，樓下有個KTV晚上比較吵，影響入睡。
